- 位置決め装置であって、
実質的に垂直な自由度で相対的に移動可能な第1の部材および第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方に装着された少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管であって、これが装着された前記部材の少なくとも1つに、前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の相対位置に応じて変動する負荷を付与する、少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管と、
補償部材であって、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷の変動に反比例して、前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の相対位置に応じて変動する負荷をかけるように構成され、それによって前記部材の前記少なくとも1つに前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷の変動を少なくとも部分的に打ち消す、補償部材と
を備える位置決め装置。 - 前記補償部材は、これがかける負荷が、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷の変動と実質的に等しく、かつ反対方向に、変動するように構成され、それにより、前記エネルギー導管および補償部材によってかけられる正味負荷は、相対位置の範囲にわたって実質的に一定である請求項1に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記補償部材は、受動的補償部材を備える請求項1または2に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管が装着された前記部材によって担持される、前記補償部材の質量の割合が、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管が装着された前記部材によって担持される、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管の質量の割合に反比例して変動するように構成される請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管が装着された前記部材によって担持される、前記補償部材の質量の割合が、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管が装着された前記部材によって担持される、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管の質量の割合と実質的に等しく、かつ反対方向に、変動するように構成される請求項4に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記補償部材は、少なくとも第2のエネルギー導管を備える請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- エネルギー導管は、少なくとも1つのワイヤおよび/または少なくとも1つの管を備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- エネルギー導管は、少なくとも1つのケーブルおよび/または少なくとも1つの管のための連接式支持トラックを備える請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の相対動作をもたらすように構成された少なくとも1つの線形モータを備える請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記位置決め装置は、座標測定機である請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- 位置決め装置であって、
線形自由度で互いに対して移動可能な第1の部材および第2の部材と、
前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の相対運動をもたらすように構成された線形モータと、
前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方に装着された少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管と、
補償部材であって、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷に反比例する負荷をかけるように構成され、それによって前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷を実質的に平衡化する、補償部材と
を備える位置決め装置。 - エネルギーチェーンおよび前記補償部材によって引き起こされる、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管が装着された前記第1の部材および/または前記第2の部材への前記正味負荷は、前記第1の部材および前記第2の部材の動作範囲の少なくとも75%にわたって5ニュートン(N)未満である請求項11に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記補償部材は、これがかける負荷が、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管によってかけられた負荷の変動と実質的に等しく、かつ反対方向に、変動するように構成され、それによって前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー導管および補償部材によってかけられる前記正味負荷は、相対位置の範囲にわたって実質的に一定である請求項11または12に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記補償部材は、少なくとも1つの第2のエネルギー導管を備える請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
- 前記位置決め装置は、座標測定機である請求項11乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の位置決め装置。
