B:最大2.5%と、
それぞれの場合において、「Mo,W,Nb,Al,Ti」から成る群の、硬化析出物または固溶体を形成する元素のうちの少なくとも1つ(これらの元素の濃度には、存在する場合、下記の割合が適用される)と、
Mo:3〜9%,

Claims (15)
- ブランク作製用の析出硬化または固溶強化−生体適合性コバルト基合金の使用であって、前記ブランクは、その軟質な状態において、前記ブランクからインプラントまたは補綴をけずるために材料除去加工を実行することができるように提供され、析出硬化または固溶強化によって前記インプラントまたは補綴の最終硬度を調整するために、前記インプラントまたは補綴は前記材料除去加工後に熱処理が施される、使用。
- インプラントまたは補綴を作製する方法であって、以下の加工ステップ:
‐析出硬化または固溶強化−生体適合性コバルト基合金から成る軟質なブランクを用意するステップ;
‐材料除去加工によって前記軟質なブランクからインプラントまたは補綴をけずるステップ;および
‐前記インプラントまたは補綴に熱処理を施し、析出硬化または固溶強化によって硬度を調整するステップ、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ブランクは、該ブランクから各インプラントまたは各補綴がフライス加工によってけずられる円盤である、請求項1または2に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記コバルト基合金は、以下(単位:重量%)、
C: 最大0.5%,
Si: 最大2.5%,
Cr:22〜29%,
Mn: 最大1%,
Ni: 最大3%,
Fe:最大3%,
Ce:最大1%,
Ga:最大5%,
B:最大2.5%と、

- 前記コバルト基合金のSi濃度は0.8〜2.0重量%である、請求項4または5に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記コバルト基合金のCr濃度は23〜27重量%である、請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記コバルト基合金に存在する硬化析出物または固溶体形成元素の濃度に関して、以下の割合(単位:重量%):
Mo:4〜6%,
W:4〜6%,
Nb:4〜6%,
Al:2〜4%,
Ti:1〜3%
が適用される、請求項4〜7の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。 - 前記コバルト基合金のMn濃度は最大で0.5%(重量%)である、または前記コバルト基合金のNi濃度は最大で0.1%(重量%)である、請求項4〜8の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。
- それぞれの場合、硬化析出物を形成する少なくとも2つの元素が前記コバルト基合金に存在する、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記ブランクは前記材料除去加工の前に、1050〜1300℃の温度で15〜600分間にわたって溶体化焼鈍される、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記溶体化焼鈍後、前記ブランクは5〜1000K/分の冷却速度で室温に冷却される、請求項11に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記インプラントまたは補綴は、その硬度を調整するために、600〜1000℃の時効温度で5分以上600分以下の時効期間の間保管される、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記時効温度は少なくとも700℃である、請求項13に記載の使用または方法。
- 前記時効期間は5〜150分である、請求項13または14に記載の使用または方法。
