Claims (15)
- 블랭크로부터 임플란트 또는 보철물을 만들기 위하여 연질 상태에서 절삭 가공이 실행될 수 있고, 석출 경화 또는 고용 강화에 의해서 임플란트 또는 보철물의 최종 경도를 조절하기 위하여 상기 임플란트 또는 보철물은 절삭 가공 후에 열처리를 받게 되도록 제공되는, 상기 블랭크를 제조하기 위한 석출 경화 또는 고용 강화되는 생체 적합성 코발트 기재 합금의 용도.
- 임플란트 또는 보철물의 제조 방법으로서,
- 석출 경화 또는 고용 강화되는, 생체 적합성 코발트 기재 합금으로 이루어진 연질 블랭크를 제공하는 단계,
- 연질 블랭크로부터 절삭 가공에 의해서 임플란트 또는 보철물을 성형하는 단계,
- 석출 경화 또는 고용 강화에 의해 경도를 조절하도록 임플란트 또는 보철물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
블랭크는, 각각의 임플란트 또는 각각의 보철물이 밀링에 의해 성형되는 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
코발트 기재 합금은 중량%로,
C : 0.5% 이하,
Si : 2.5% 이하,
Cr : 22 내지 29%,
Mn : 1% 이하,
Ni : 3% 이하,
Fe : 3% 이하,
Ce : 1% 이하,
Ga : 5% 이하,
B : 2.5% 이하,
그리고 각각의 경우에 "Mo, W, Nb, Al, Ti"를 포함하는 그룹으로부터의 경화 석출물 또는 고용체를 형성하는 원소들 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 존재하는 경우에 이들 원소의 농도에 대해서는 다음과 같은 비율이 적용되며,
Mo : 3 내지 9%,
W : 3 내지 9%,
Nb : 3 내지 9%,
Al : 0.1 내지 6%,
Ti : 0.1 내지 6%,
잔부 Co 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
코발트 기재 합금의 탄소 농도가 0.1 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
코발트 기재 합금의 실리콘 농도가 0.8 내지 2.0 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
코발트 기재 합금의 크롬 농도가 23 내지 27 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
코발트 기재 합금에 존재하는 경화 석출물 또는 고용체 형성 원소들의 농도에 대하여, 중량%로
Mo : 4 내지 6 %,
W : 4 내지 6 %,
Nb : 4 내지 6 %,
Al : 2 내지 4 %,
Ti : 1 내지 3 %의 비율이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법.. - 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중량%로 코발트 기재 합금의 망간 농도가 0.5% 이하, 또는 코발트 기재 합금의 니켈 농도가 0.1% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도 또는 방법. - 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
