Claims (16)
- 少なくとも一つの正極、少なくとも一つの負極、及び少なくとも一つの分離膜をそれぞれ含む複数個の単位セル、並びに分離フィルムを準備する準備過程と、
複数個の前記単位セルを前記分離フィルムの一面に定着させる定着過程と、
複数個の前記単位セルの間に前記分離フィルムが位置するよう、複数個の前記単位セルが定着された前記分離フィルムを順次折り畳む折畳過程と、を含んでなり、
前記折畳過程は、複数個の前記単位セルのうち、前記分離フィルムの初期位置にある第1単位セルを接しながら包囲するよう、前記分離フィルムを2回以上折り畳む電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記定着過程は、
前記分離フィルム上に複数個の前記単位セルを順次配列し、
複数個の前記単位セルのうち、前記第1単位セルと前記第1単位セルに隣接した第2単位セルとの間の間隔をa1、前記第1単位セルの幅をw1、前記第1単位セルの高さをh1とする時、2*w1+4*h1<a1の条件式を満足するように前記単位セルを位置させる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記折畳過程は、
前記第1単位セルを360度以上回転させながら、前記分離フィルムが前記第1単位セルの周縁を包囲するように形成させる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記定着過程は、
前記分離フィルム上に複数個の前記単位セルを順次配列し、
複数個の前記単位セルのうち、前記第1単位セルと前記第1単位セルに隣接した第2単位セルとの間の間隔をa2、前記分離フィルムの端部と前記第1単位セルとの距離をa3、前記第1単位セルの幅をw1、前記第1単位セルの高さをh1とする時、1*w1+3*h1<a2及び1*w1+1*h1<a3の条件式を満足するように前記単位セルを位置させる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記折畳過程は、
前記分離フィルムの端部が前記第1単位セルの方向を向けるように折り畳んで、前記分離フィルムの第1折畳部が前記第1単位セルの一面及び一側面を包囲するように折り畳む第1折畳過程と、
その後、前記第1単位セルを180度回転させながら、前記分離フィルムの第2折畳部が前記第1単位セルの周縁をさらに包囲するように折り畳ませる第2折畳過程と、を含んでなる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第1折畳過程は、
前記第1折畳部が前記第1単位セルの一面端部及び一側面を包囲するようにする請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第1折畳過程は、
前記分離フィルムの前記第1折畳部にエアを噴射し、
前記第1折畳部を前記第1単位セルに折り畳ませる請求項6に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第1折畳過程は、
前記第1折畳部を、ジグを介して前記第1単位セルに折り畳ませる請求項6に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記分離フィルムは、1回折り畳まれて前記第1単位セルを取り囲む第1折畳部と、さらにもう1回折り畳まれて前記第1単位セルを取り囲む第2折畳部と、を含み、
前記折畳過程は、
前記第1折畳部の折り畳み方向を中心に外側面に粘着層を塗布する粘着層塗布過程と、
折り畳みの際に前記粘着層に前記第1折畳部と対向する前記分離フィルムの部分を接着する接着過程と、をさらに含んでなる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第1折畳過程は、
前記第1折畳部の折り畳み方向を中心に内側面に接着剤を塗布して接着層を形成する接着剤塗布過程と、
前記第1折畳部を、前記接着層を介して前記第1単位セルに接着する接着過程と、をさらに含んでなる請求項5から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの正極、少なくとも一つの負極、少なくとも一つの分離膜をそれぞれ含む複数個の単位セルと、
複数個の前記単位セルの間に位置するように折り畳まれている分離フィルムと、を含み、
前記複数個の単位セルのうち、前記分離フィルムの初期位置にある第1単位セルを接しながら包囲するよう、前記分離フィルムが2回以上折り畳まれた形態で備えられる電極組立体。 - 前記分離フィルムは、前記第1単位セルを1回折り畳みながら取り囲む第1折畳部、及び前記第1単位セルをさらに1回折り畳みながら取り囲む第2折畳部を含む請求項11に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1折畳部は、折り畳み方向を中心に外側面に粘着層が塗布され、折り畳みの際に対向する前記分離フィルムの部分と接着される請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1折畳部及び前記第2折畳部は、前記第1単位セルの外側周縁を全部包囲する請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1折畳部は、前記第1単位セルの一面端部及び一側面を包囲し、
前記第2折畳部は、前記第1単位セルの他面及び他側面を包囲する請求項12に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記第1折畳部は、折り畳み方向を中心に内側面に接着層が形成され、前記第1折畳部が前記接着層を介して前記第1単位セルに接着されている請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
