Description
Claims (10)
- 전극조립체를 구성하는 분리막에, 전지의 비정상적인 작동으로 인한 발열시 분리막이 수축할 때, 상기 수축을 보상할 수 있는 길이의 폴딩부가 적어도 하나 이상 형성되어 있고, 상기 전극조립체는 적층형 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 폴딩부는 전극조립체의 횡방향 또는 종방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막의 양 단부에 상기 폴딩부와 평행하도록 접착층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막의 폴딩부는 적층 방향으로 동일 위치에 배열되지 않도록 다수의 단위 전극조립체에서 폴딩부들이 각각 분리막의 오른쪽 단부, 또는 중앙부, 또는 왼쪽 단부에 인접한 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전극조립체들에서의 폴딩부는 적층 방향에서 순차적으로 그것의 측면 방향쪽으로 이동하는 구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 권취형 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상기 분리막에는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 폴딩부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 폴딩부가 분리막에 형성되는 경우, 상기 폴딩부는, 적층 방향에서 동일 위치에 정렬되지 않도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴딩부는 전극조립체의 횡방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
