Abstract
Description
ディスプレイ100は、表示領域2を具え、
二重の表示光源装置3は、
可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を表示領域2に向かって投光する複数の発光ダイオード312を有し、表示領域2に可視的な第1の光信号を表示させることができる第1の光源手段31と、
不可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を表示領域2に向かって投光するマイクロ発光ダイオード322を有し、表示領域2に不可視的な第2の光信号を生成することができる第2の光源手段32と、を具えているディスプレイ用の二重の表示光源装置を提供する。
ディスプレイ100の表示領域2に向かって可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を投光する複数の発光ダイオード312を駆動して可視的な第1の光信号を前記表示領域2に表示すること、及び
ディスプレイ100の表示領域2に向かって不可視光線波長領域の波長の光を投光する複数のマイクロ発光ダイオード322を駆動して前記第1の光信号とは別個の不可視的な第2の光信号を表示領域2に表示することを含む。
<二重の表示画像の生成方法>
本発明の二重の表示画像の生成方法は、表示領域2を有するディスプレイ100と、本発明の二重の表示光源装置3と、表示領域2とは異なるディスプレイ100を持つ例えばモバイル機器とを用いて実行される。
ディスプレイ100の表示領域2に向かって不可視光線波長領域の波長の光を投光する複数のマイクロ発光ダイオード322を駆動して第1の光信号とは別個の不可視的な第2の光信号を表示領域2に表示することを含む。

Claims (11)
- ディスプレイ用の二重の表示光源装置であって、
前記ディスプレイは、表示領域を具え、
前記二重の表示光源装置は、
可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を前記表示領域に向かって投光する複数の発光ダイオードを有し、前記表示領域に可視的な第1の光信号を表示させることができる第1の光源手段と、
不可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を前記表示領域に向かって投光するマイクロ発光ダイオードを有し、前記表示領域に不可視的な第2の光信号を生成することができる第2の光源手段と、を具えていることを特徴とする二重の表示光源装置。 - 前記ディスプレイには、前記表示領域に対応するアレイに配置される複数の表示ユニットを具え、
前記第1の光源手段には、各前記表示ユニットにそれぞれ配置される複数の第1のパッケージを具えており、各前記第1のパッケージは、いずれも少なくとも1つの前記発光ダイオードがパッケージされており、
前記第2の光源手段には、各前記表示ユニットにそれぞれ配置されると共に、該表示ユニットにある各前記第1のパッケージ同士の隙間に配置される少なくとも1つの前記マイクロ発光ダイオードがパッケージされてなる複数の第2のパッケージを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重の表示光源装置。 - 前記第1の光源手段の各前記第1のパッケージは、いずれも可視光線波長領域のうちの少なくとも3種の異なる波長の光を発光する複数の発光ダイオードがパッケージされており、
前記第2の光源手段の各前記第2のパッケージは、いずれも不可視光線波長領域の少なくとも3種の異なる波長の光を発光する複数のマイクロ発光ダイオードがパッケージされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二重の表示光源装置。 - 前記マイクロ発光ダイオードは、波長780nm〜1400nmの赤外線を発光することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重の表示光源装置。
- 前記マイクロ発光ダイオードは、波長100nm〜400nmの紫外線を発光することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重の表示光源装置。
- 各前記マイクロ発光ダイオードのサイズは、100×100μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重の表示光源装置。
- 前記第1の光源手段は、前記発光ダイオードを駆動する第1の駆動回路を更に具え、
前記第2の光源手段は、前記マイクロ発光ダイオードを駆動する第2の駆動回路を更に具え、
前記第1の駆動回路と前記第2の駆動回路とは、個別に駆動されることが可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重の表示光源装置。 - ディスプレイの表示領域に向かって可視光線波長領域の少なくとも1種の波長の光を投光する複数の発光ダイオードを駆動して可視的な第1の光信号を前記表示領域に表示すること、及び、
前記ディスプレイの前記表示領域に向かって不可視光線波長領域の波長の光を投光する複数のマイクロ発光ダイオードを駆動して第1の光信号とは別個の不可視的な第2の光信号を前記表示領域に表示することを含むことを特徴とする二重の表示画像の生成方法。 - 前記複数の発光ダイオードと前記複数のマイクロ発光ダイオードとを同時に駆動することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二重の表示画像の生成方法。
- 前記ディスプレイの外部にあり、画像送受信装置と、信号変換器と、画像を表示する表示装置とを有するモバイル機器を用いて、前記画像送受信装置により前記第2の光信号を受信して、前記信号変換器により、受信された光信号を該第2の光信号が対応するデジタル信号に変換して、そして前記表示装置により、変換された前記デジタル信号に基づいて可視的な第3の光信号を表示することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二重の表示画像の生成方法。
- 各前記マイクロ発光ダイオードには、
第1の不可視光線波長の光を発する第1のマイクロ発光ダイオードと、
第2の不可視光線波長の光を発する第2のマイクロ発光ダイオードと、
第3の不可視光線波長の光を発する第3のマイクロ発光ダイオードと、が含まれており、
前記モバイル機器の画像送受信装置は、前記第2の光信号を受信し、
前記モバイル機器の信号変換器は、前記第2の光信号における前記第1の不可視光線波長の光をR情報として記録し、前記第2の不可視光線波長の光をG情報として記録し、前記第3の不可視光線波長の光をB情報として記録して、前記R情報と前記G情報と前記B情報とを含む前記デジタル信号を生成し、
そして前記表示装置は、前記デジタル信号に基づいて、前記第3の光信号として、前記R情報に対応して赤色の光を発し、前記G情報に対応して緑色の光を発し、前記B情報に対応して青色の光を発することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二重の表示画像の生成方法。
