Claims (9)
- 外部ケーシングと、
少なくとも2つの電気接続端子であって、各電気接続端子の少なくとも一部は、前記外部ケーシング内に固定される、少なくとも2つの電気接続端子と、
少なくとも2つのケーブルであって、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルの各々は、対応する電気接続端子に接続される端部を有する、少なくとも2つのケーブルと、
電子部品と、
を備える電気接続構造であって、
前記電気接続構造は、更に、前記少なくとも2つのケーブル上に成形される少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダを備え、前記少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダは、前記外部ケーシング内に取り付けられ、前記電子部品は、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルの前記端部の間に接続されることを特徴とする電気接続構造。 - 前記電気接続構造は、自動車の熱交換器のためのファンユニットの電気モータを接続して、電源又は制御信号を送るように構成されるケーブルコネクタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気接続構造。
- 前記電子部品は、コンデンサであり、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルは、2つの電力ケーブルを備え、前記電子部品は、前記2つの電力ケーブルの間に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気接続構造。
- 前記外部ケーシングは、互いに連結される主蓋体及び本体を備え、前記少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダは、前記本体内に取り付けられ、前記本体は、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルと前記少なくとも2つの電気接続端子との電気接続領域に対応する貫通開口部を備え、前記外部ケーシングは、更に、前記本体の前記主蓋体と反対の側に連結されて、前記貫通開口部を覆う副蓋体を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気接続構造。
- 閉ループ溝又は閉ループ突起が、組み付けられた前記本体及び前記少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダの前記主蓋体に隣接する側に形成され、前記閉ループ溝又は閉ループ突起は、前記電子部品、及び前記少なくとも2つの電気接続端子と前記少なくとも2つのケーブルとの電気接続領域を連続的に取り囲み、前記主蓋体は、前記閉ループ溝又は閉ループ突起と係合されるように構成される対応する閉ループ突起又は閉ループ溝を備え、樹脂が、前記閉ループ溝に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気接続構造。
- 前記本体の底部は、更に、均圧弁を備え、前記外部ケーシングの内部の圧力変化を補償することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気接続構造。
- 前記少なくとも2つのケーブルの各々は、矩形断面を有する複数の圧縮銅線を備え、前記対応する電気接続端子又は前記電子部品に電気抵抗溶接するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気接続構造。
- 各々が端部を有する少なくとも2つのケーブルを設ける工程と、
射出成形によって、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルと一体の少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダを形成する工程と、
前記少なくとも2つのケーブルの前記端部の間に、電子部品を接続し、内部に少なくとも2つの電気接続端子が固定された外部ケーシング内に、前記少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダを取り付け、前記少なくとも2つのケーブルの前記端部と、対応する電気接続端子とを接続する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする電気接続構造の製造方法。 - 対向する2つの側を備える外部ケーシングと、
2つの電力ケーブルを備える少なくとも2つのケーブルと、
前記外部ケーシングの内部に配置される電子部品と、
を備える電気接続構造であって、
前記電気接続構造は、更に、少なくとも、前記2つの電力ケーブル上に成形され、前記外部ケーシング内に取り付けられる少なくとも1つのケーブルホルダを備え、
前記2つの電力ケーブルの各々は、順次、前記対向する2つの側を貫通し、
前記電子部品は、前記2つの電力ケーブルの間に接続される、
ことを特徴とする電気接続構造。
