Description
エナメルの膜は、本開示による赤外反射性無機顔料、または赤外吸収性の従来の無機顔料のいずれかを含むスクリーン印刷セラミックインク組成物により作られた。表3は実施例1及び2ならびに比較例Aに使用されるフリットの詳細を提供する。
比較例B及びCによるエナメルの組成は、下記表4に示されているとおりである。分析は、誘導結合プラズマスペクトル分析(ICP)(酸化ホウ素と酸化リチウムに関し)とX線蛍光分析(XRF)(CERAM、方法C201、C15、及びBS EN ISO12677使用)による、半定量的なものであった。分析する前に、インクの試料は110℃で乾燥され、400℃より高い温度で焼成されて、液体媒体の成分(有機成分を含む)を除いた。
Claims (15)
- ガラス基板の表面の少なくとも第1の部分に接着したエナメルの層を有する前記ガラス基板を含むグレージングであって、前記エナメルは20〜80重量%のフリットと、10〜50重量%の無機顔料とを含み、前記エナメルの層の厚みは2μm〜50μmの範囲にあり、前記無機顔料が、前記ガラス基板の表面の前記第1の部分の赤外反射率が800nm〜2250nmの波長範囲内のある領域全体で37%以上であるような、前記赤外反射率を有することを特徴とする、グレージング。
- 前記グレージングの前記第1の部分の前記赤外反射率は、800nm〜2250nmの波長範囲内のある領域全体で38%以上、好ましくは39%以上、より好ましくは40%以上、最も好ましくは41%以上である、請求項1に記載のグレージング。
- 前記800nm〜2250nmの波長範囲内のある前記領域は400nm以上、好ましくは450nm以上、より好ましくは550nm以上、最も好ましくは610nm以上延びている、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のグレージング。
- 前記エナメルは10重量%〜40重量%、好ましくは15重量%〜35重量%の無機顔料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記エナメルが30重量%〜80重量%、好ましくは35重量%〜75重量%のフリットを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記無機顔料が実質的にスピネル結晶構造、逆スピネル結晶構造、ヘマタイト結晶構造、コランダム結晶構造、またはルチル結晶構造を示す物質を含む、請求項1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記無機顔料は、Fe/Cr顔料、Co/Al顔料、Co/Al/Cr顔料、Co/Ti顔料、Co/Cr顔料、Ni/Fe/Cr顔料、Ti/Cr/Sb顔料、Fe顔料、Cr顔料、クロム鉄顔料、フェライト顔料、クロマイト顔料、フェライト/クロマイト顔料(鉄クロマイトとしても知られている)、及び/またはこれらの顔料のうちの2つ以上の混合物から選択される顔料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記無機顔料が、ピグメントブルー28(CI77346)、ピグメントブルー29(CI77007)、ピグメントグリーン50(CI77377)、ピグメントブラック30(NiCrMnタイプ、CI77504)、ピグメントブラック33(CI77537)、ピグメントブルー36(CI77343)、ピグメントグリーン17(FeCrタイプ、CI77288)、ピグメントブラウン35(FeCrタイプ、CI77501)、ピグメントブラウン24(CI77310)、ピグメントブラウン29(FeCrタイプ、CI77500)、ピグメントイエロー164(CI77899)、ピグメントブラウン33(ZnFeCrタイプ、CI77503)のうちの1つ以上から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記エナメルが、前記エナメルの総重量の5重量%以上の量で、好ましくは、前記エナメルの総重量の10重量%以上の量で、より好ましくは前記エナメルの総重量の15重量%以上の量で、最も好ましくは前記エナメルの総重量の20重量%以上の量で鉄(Fe2O3として決定される)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記エナメルが、前記エナメルの総重量の5重量%以上の量で、好ましくは前記エナメルの総重量の10重量%以上の量で、より好ましくは前記エナメルの総重量の15重量%以上の量で、最も好ましくは前記エナメルの総重量の20重量%以上の量でクロム(Cr2O3として決定される)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記エナメルが、前記エナメルの総重量の25重量%以下の量でクロム(Cr2O3として決定される)を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記ガラス基板に接着した前記エナメル層の厚みが4μm〜45μm、好ましくは、6μm〜40μm、より好ましくは8μm〜35μm、最も好ましくは10μm〜30μmの範囲にある、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記ガラス基板として機能する第1のガラスプライであって、前記ガラスプライの表面の少なくとも第1の部分に接着した前記エナメルの層を有する、第1のガラスプライと、第2のガラスプライと、前記第1のガラスプライと前記第2のガラスプライとの間に延びる中間層であるポリマープライとを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の積層されたグレージング。
- グレージングを製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
ガラス基板を提供することと、
20〜80重量%のフリット、10〜50重量%の無機顔料、及び10〜40重量%の液体媒体を含むエナメルインクを提供することと、
前記エナメルインクを前記ガラス基板の表面の少なくとも第1の部分に塗布することと、
任意に前記インクを乾燥及び/または硬化することと、任意に480℃より高い温度に前記インクを前焼成することと、
570℃を超える温度に加熱することにより前記ガラス基板を成型し、それにより前記エナメルインクを焼成して、前記ガラス基板の前記表面の前記少なくとも第1の部分に接着したエナメルの層を製造することと、を含み、前記エナメルの層の厚みは2μm〜50μmの範囲にあり、
前記無機顔料が、前記ガラス基板の前記表面の前記第1の部分の赤外反射率が800nm〜2250nmの波長範囲にある領域全体で37%以上であるような、前記赤外反射率を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 成型された積層グレージングを製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
第1のガラス基板及び第2のガラス基板を提供することと、
20〜80重量%のフリット、10〜50重量%の無機顔料、及び10〜40重量%の液体媒体を含むエナメルインクを提供することと、
前記第1のガラス基板の表面の少なくとも第1の部分へ前記エナメルインクを塗布することと、
任意に前記インクを乾燥及び/または硬化することと、任意に480℃より高い温度に前記インクを前焼成することと、
570℃を超える温度に加熱することにより少なくとも前記第1のガラス基板を成型し、それにより前記エナメルインクを焼成して、前記第1のガラス基板の前記表面の前記少なくとも第1の部分に接着したエナメルの層であって、その厚みが2μm〜50μmの範囲にある、エナメルの層を製造することと、第1のガラス基板と第2のガラス基板との間に中間層であるポリマープライを置くことと、
前記第1のガラス基板、前記ポリマープライ、及び第2のガラス基板を合わせて積層することと、を含み、前記エナメルが、前記第1のガラス基板の前記表面の前記第1の部分の赤外光反射率が、800nm〜2250nmの波長範囲のある領域全体で37%以上であるように適合されていることを特徴とする、方法。
