Claims (12)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
内部に収容空間を有するカートリッジと、
前記収容空間に位置する複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルを冷却する冷却ユニットと、
前記冷却ユニットと熱交換する熱交換ユニットと、を含み、
前記冷却ユニットは、
前記バッテリーセルの一側面と面接触する冷却フィンと、
前記冷却フィンと接触する冷却プレートと、を含み、
前記熱交換ユニットは、
内部空間を有する熱交換チャンバと、
前記熱交換チャンバ内に位置し、冷却流体が流れる下部冷却流路と、
前記下部冷却流路の上部に位置し、前記下部冷却流路から供給された前記冷却流体が流れる上部冷却流路と、
前記下部冷却流路に流れる前記冷却流体を前記上部冷却流路に供給する連結流路と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記連結流路が、前記下部冷却流路から分岐し、前記冷却流体が流れる方向を基準に上向傾斜するように提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記連結流路は複数個が提供され、隣接する前記連結流路は、前記熱交換チャンバの内部で一定距離に離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換ユニットは、
前記下部冷却流路に前記冷却流体を供給する供給管と、
前記上部冷却流路に前記冷却流体を外部へ排出する排出管と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱交換チャンバの前記内部空間は、前記供給管と隣接する上流領域及び前記排出管と隣接する下流領域を有し、
前記下流領域に位置する前記連結流路の個数は、前記上流領域に位置する前記連結流路の個数よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記排出管が、前記供給管よりも高く位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部冷却流路の面積が、前記冷却プレートの面積よりも大きく提供されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部冷却流路と前記下部冷却流路との面積は、同一に提供されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換ユニットは複数個が提供され、
隣接する前記熱交換ユニットの前記供給管同士は、前記熱交換チャンバを基準に反対方向に位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱交換ユニットは、前記上部冷却流路及び前記下部冷却流路の冷却流体の温度を検査する温度測定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項10項のうちいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項11に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む自動車。
