Abstract
더욱 상세하게, 본 발명은 복수 개의 배터리 셀과, 상기 배터리 셀을 수용하는 배터리 케이스를 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 서브모듈 및 판 형상의 냉각판과 핀 형상으로 상기 냉각판과 수직으로 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 열교환부를 포함하여 상기 서브모듈을 수용하는 냉각케이스를 포함하여, 액체 상태의 냉각매체를 사용함으로써 냉각 효율이 높고 제작이 용이한 배터리 모듈에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 복수 개의 배터리 셀과, 상기 배터리 셀을 수용하는 배터리 케이스를 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 서브모듈; 및
판 형상의 냉각판과 핀 형상으로 상기 냉각판과 수직으로 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 열교환부를 포함하며, 상기 서브모듈을 수용하는 냉각케이스;
상기 냉각케이스는
상기 냉각판의 내부에 구비되며 냉각매체가 흐르는 적어도 하나 이상의 냉각유로와, 상기 냉각판의 일측에 형성되며 상기 냉각유로의 일측과 연결되어 외부에서 상기 냉각매체를 주입하는 유입부 및 상기 냉각판의 타측에 형성되며 상기 냉각유로의 타측과 연결되어 상기 냉각매체가 유출되는 유출부를 포함하고,
상기 냉각매체는 액체이며,
상기 서브모듈은 상기 배터리 셀 사이에 구비되는 완충재를 더 포함하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제

상기 냉각케이스는
열전도성 금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
