Claims (22)
- 管および身体導管内から生じる音響反射を検出するための装置であって、前記管は、近位端および遠位端を有し、前記装置は、前記近位端に結合され、前記管の遠位端は、前記身体導管の中に挿入され、前記装置は、
前記管内で音信号を発生させるために位置付けられている音発生器と、
前記音発生器に対して遠位位置において前記管内の音信号を検出し、前記検出された音信号に対応する信号を発生させるためのセンサと、
前記音発生器および前記センサを含む筐体と
を備え、
前記筐体は、新生児用気管内管への接続のためにサイズを決定された管コネクタを有する、装置。 - 前記筐体は、第2の筐体部材に結合された第1の筐体部材を含み、前記音発生器は、前記第1の筐体内に位置付けられ、前記センサは、前記第2の筐体内に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の筐体部材は、前記第2の筐体部材に結合され、内部容積を画定する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、圧電フィルムを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサと整列させられたコンプライアントな管をさらに備え、前記コンプライアントな管は、音圧波を前記コンプライアントな管内から前記センサに伝達するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記第2の感知要素と整列させられた第2の調節部材をさらに備え、前記第2の調節部材は、前記第2の感知要素に加えられる平均圧力を調節するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記管コネクタは、約3.5mm以下の内径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体は、デバイス継手をさらに含み、前記音発生器は、前記デバイス継手内で軸方向に整列させられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
