Abstract

ステアリン酸の含有量≦3.0質量部

ステアリン酸の含有量/酸化亜鉛の含有量≦0.5

(カーカス層の厚み+キャッププライ層の厚み)/スチールベルト層の厚み≦1.5
スチールベルト層の各層は、スチールコードを、所定量の酸化亜鉛を含むスチールベルト被覆用ゴム組成物で被覆したものである。
なお、本明細書において、カーボンブラックの窒素吸着比表面積は、JIS K6217−2:2001によって求められる。
キャッププライ層の各層は、コードを、ステアリン酸量、酸化亜鉛量が式(1)、(2)を満たすキャッププライ被覆用ゴム組成物、カーカス層の各層は、コードを、ステアリン酸量、酸化亜鉛量が式(1)、(2)を満たすカーカス被覆用ゴム組成物で、それぞれ被覆したものである。

前記空気入りタイヤは、1層以上のスチールベルト層、1層以上のキャッププライ層、及び1層以上のカーカス層を有する。前述の構成を持つスチールベルト層、キャッププライ層及びカーカス層を有することにより、タイヤに優れた耐久性を付与できる。
先ず、バンバリーミキサー、オープンロールなどのゴム混練装置に前記架橋剤及び加硫促進剤以外の成分を配合(添加)して混練りした後(ベース練り工程)、得られた混練物に、更に前記架橋剤及び加硫促進剤を配合(添加)して混練することにより、スチールベルト被覆用、キャッププライ被覆用、カーカス被覆用未加硫ゴム組成物をそれぞれ作製する。

硫黄:日本乾溜工業(株)製のセイミOT(10%オイル含有不溶性硫黄)
加硫促進剤1:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーNS(TBBS)
加硫促進剤2:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーDZ(DCBS)
(空気入りタイヤの作製)
表1、2に示す配合内容に従い、バンバリーミキサーを用いて、加硫剤(硫黄)及び加硫促進剤以外の材料を160℃の条件下で5分間混練し、混練り物を得た。次に、得られた混練り物に硫黄及び加硫促進剤を添加し、オープンロールを用いて、105℃条件下で3分間練り込み、スチールベルト被覆用、キャッププライ被覆用、カーカス被覆用未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
得られた試験用タイヤを使用して、下記の評価を行った。評価結果を表3、4に示す。
JIS規格の最大荷重(最大空気圧条件)に対して、140%である荷重オーバーロード条件で、試験用タイヤ(湿熱劣化タイヤ)をドラム走行させたときの、トレッド部の膨れなど、外観異常、異音の発生までの走行距離を測定した。比較例1を100とし、各配合の走行距離を指数表示した。なお、指数が大きいほどタイヤの耐久性に優れることを示す。

Claims (2)
- 1層以上のスチールベルト層、1層以上のキャッププライ層、及び1層以上のカーカス層を有する空気入りタイヤであって、
前記スチールベルト層を構成するスチールベルト被覆用ゴム組成物は、ゴム成分100質量部に対する酸化亜鉛の含有量が8.0質量部以上であり、
前記キャッププライ層を構成するキャッププライ被覆用ゴム組成物及び前記カーカス層を構成するカーカス被覆用ゴム組成物は、共に、ゴム成分100質量部に対するステアリン酸の含有量及び酸化亜鉛の含有量が下記式(1)及び(2)を満たすことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
