Description
下記表1に示す配合に従って、実施例1,2及び比較例1〜6の各ゴム組成物を調製した。なお、表1中の天然ゴムはRSS3号、カーボンブラックは東海カーボン社製N330、老化防止剤は大内新興化学社製「ノクラック6C」、ステアリン酸はジャパンエナジー社製ステアリン酸コバルト、加硫促進剤は大内新興化学社製「ノクセラーDZ−G」である。また、アラミド短繊維は、帝人社製「タウロン1091」であり、繊維長/繊維径(L/D)=1.3mm/10μm=130である。ナイロン短繊維としては、宇部興産社製のナイロン短繊維マスターバッチ「HA1060」(天然ゴム/高密度ポリエチレン/6−ナイロン=38/29/33(重量%))を用いており、表中の数値が6−ナイロン短繊維の量を示し、この場合、表中の天然ゴムの量は上記RSS3号の量とマスターバッチ中に含まれる天然ゴムの量との合計量である。なお、6−ナイロン短繊維の繊維長/繊維径(L/D)は0.020mm/0.2μm=100である。
上記各ゴム組成物をキャッププライのトッピングゴムとして用いて、タイヤ周方向に走る1400dtex/2のナイロン繊維コードを打ち込み本数:28本/25mmの間隔で埋設してなるキャッププライを持つタイヤサイズ:195/65R15の空気入りラジアルタイヤを作製した。なお、トッピングゴムを除く構成は実施例1,2及び比較例1〜6で全て同一とした。

Claims (3)
- トレッドゴムと、その半径方向内側に配されるベルト層との間に、タイヤ周方向に走るコードを埋設してなるキャッププライが配設された空気入りタイヤであって、
前記コードを被覆する前記キャッププライのトッピングゴムがジエン系ゴム100重量部に対して短繊維を1〜10重量部配合したゴム組成物からなり、前記短繊維がタイヤ周方向に配向されたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記短繊維がアラミド短繊維および6−ナイロン短繊維からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記短繊維は、繊維径Dが0.05〜15μm、繊維長Lが0.001〜5mmで、両者の比L/Dが50〜400であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
