Claims (7)
- 上下方向に延びる中心軸を有し、内部を仕切るように前記中心軸方向に延びた内リブが設けられており、前記内リブには前記内リブの下端から前記中心軸方向に切り欠かれた切欠部が設けられている管体と、前記管体を挿入可能な孔部を有する壁面体と、前記管体に挿入可能な弾性体とを準備し、
前記壁面体の前記孔部に前記管体を挿入し、
前記管体の前記内リブで仕切られた内部空間に前記弾性体を挿入し、
前記弾性体を前記管体の前記中心軸方向に圧縮して前記中心軸の径方向外側に向けて膨張させ、それによって前記管体の前記壁面体への挿入部を拡管して前記壁面体にかしめ接合する
ことを含む、部材の接合方法。 - 前記壁面体の前記孔部は、前記孔部の壁面が前記中心軸方向に立ち上がるようにバーリング加工されている、請求項1に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記バーリング加工によって立ち上げられた前記孔部はC面を有している、請求項2に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記バーリング加工によって立ち上げられた前記孔部の前記壁面の上端縁は、直辺部と、前記直辺部を接続する角部とを備え、
前記直辺部は前記角部よりも高く立ち上げられている、請求項2または請求項3に記載の部材の接合方法。 - 前記切欠部の高さは、前記バーリング加工によって立ち上げられた前記孔部の前記壁面の上端縁の高さ以上である、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記切欠部は、前記内リブにおいて、前記管体の内面との接続部に設けられている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 上下方向に延びる中心軸を有する管体と、
前記管体を挿通可能な孔部を有する壁面体と
を備え、
前記管体の挿入部が拡管された状態で前記壁面体とかしめ接合されており、
前記管体の挿入部には、内部を仕切るように前記中心軸方向に延びた内リブが設けられており、前記内リブには前記内リブの下端から前記中心軸方向に切り欠かれた切欠部が設けられている、接合体。
