Claims (10)
- 鋼製の支持層(10)、不純物以外の鉛を含まないアルミニウム合金をベースとする中間層(12)及び不純物以外の鉛を含まないアルミニウム合金をベースとする軸受けメタル層(14)を備える滑り軸受け複合材料であって、
その際、該中間層(12)のアルミニウム合金が、
3.5〜4.5重量%の銅、
0.1〜1.5重量%のマンガン、
0.1〜1.5重量%のマグネシウム、
任意に、0.1%〜1.0%のケイ素、
任意に、0.05%〜1.0%の鉄、
任意に、0.05%〜0.5%のクロム、
任意に、0.05%〜0.5%の亜鉛、
任意に、合計で0.05%〜0.25%ジルコニウム及びチタン、
任意に、それぞれが0.1重量%を超えず、かつ、合計で0.25重量%を超えずの別の合金成分、
通常の許容し得る不純物、及び
残部のアルミニウム、
を有する組成を有し、そして、
その際、該軸受けメタル層(14)のアルミニウム合金が、
6.0〜8.0重量%のスズ、
1.0〜3.0重量%のニッケル、
0.5〜1.0重量%のマンガン、
0.5〜1.0重量%の銅、
0.15〜0.25重量%のクロム、
0.1〜0.3重量%のバナジウム、
任意に、0.1〜0.2重量%のジルコニウム、
任意に、0.2重量%以下のチタン、
任意に、0.5重量%未満の他の元素、
通常の許容し得る不純物、及び
残部のアルミニウム、
を有する組成を有する、上記の滑り軸受け複合材料。 - 前記中間層(12)が、20μm〜50μmの厚さd2を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- <300℃のめっき温度での圧延めっき(Walzplattier)法で、前記軸受けメタル層(14)と接合されている前記中間層(12)が前記支持層(10)への接合において施用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記中間層(12)が、70HV0.01〜110HV0.01の微小硬さを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記中間層(12)のアルミニウム合金が、重量%で、
マンガン 0.4%〜1.0%
マグネシウム 0.4%〜1.0%
ケイ素 0.2%〜0.8%、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。 - 前記軸受けメタル層(14)のアルミニウム合金が、90MPa超の0.2%−降伏強度Rp,0.2及び145MPa超の引張り強度を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記軸受けメタル層(14)が、200μm〜400μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 前記軸受けメタル層(14)の上に、ポリマーをベースとする滑り層(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料からなる滑り軸受け要素であって、該滑り軸受け要素が、軸受けシェル、滑り軸受ブッシュ又はスラストワッシャであることを特徴とする、上記の滑り軸受け要素。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受け複合材料の、滑り軸受け要素、特に、滑り軸受けシェル、滑り軸受けブッシュ又はスラストワッシャのための使用。
