Claims (10)
- 강으로 구성된 지지층(10), 불순물 외에 납이 없는 알루미늄 합금을 기재로 하는 중간층(12) 및 불순물 외에 납이 없는 알루미늄 합금을 기재로 하는 베어링 금속층(14)을 포함하되
중간층(12)의 알루미늄 합금이
3.5 내지 4.5 wt%의 구리,
0.1 내지 1.5 wt%의 망간,
0.1 내지 1.5 wt%의 마그네슘,
경우에 따라 0.1% 내지 1.0%의 실리콘,
경우에 따라 0.05% 내지 1.0%의 철,
경우에 따라 0.05% 내지 0.5%의 크롬,
경우에 따라 0.05% 내지 0.5%의 아연,

실리콘 0.2% 내지 0.8%를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링 복합재료. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 금속층(14)의 알루미늄 합금이 90 MPa가 넘는 0.2% 항복점(Rp,0.2)과 145 MPa가 넘는 인장 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 금속층(14)이 200 ㎛ 내지 400 ㎛의 두께(d)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머계 슬라이딩층(16)이 베어링 금속층(14) 상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링 복합재료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 슬라이딩 베어링 복합재료로 구성된 슬라이딩 베어링 부재로서, 베어링 쉘, 슬라이딩 베어링 부시 또는 스러스트 와셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링 부재.
