Claims (20)

を含み、前記紫外線硬化性コーティング層が導電層第2表面上に配置されることを特徴とする、多層シート。 - 請求項1に記載の多層シートであって、前記多官能アクリレートオリゴマーが、脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート、脂肪族ウレタンアクリレート、アクリル酸エステル、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート、アクリレート化樹脂、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレートエステル、または前述の少なくとも1種を含む組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記多官能アクリレートオリゴマーが、脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーおよびペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレートを含み、前記多官能アクリレートオリゴマーの重量の30%〜50%が前記脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーで構成され、前記多官能アクリレートオリゴマーの重量の50%〜70%が前記ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレートで構成されることを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記多官能アクリレートオリゴマーがアクリレート化樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記紫外線硬化性コーティング層が光開始剤をさらに含み、前記総重量の3%〜7%が前記光開始剤で構成されることを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項5に記載の多層シートであって、前記光開始剤がα−ヒドロキシケトン光開始剤を含むことを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項6に記載の多層シートであって、前記α−ヒドロキシケトン光開始剤が1−ヒドロキシ−シクロヘキシルフェニルケトンであることを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記アクリレートモノマーが1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレートを含むことを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記基材が、ポリカーボネート、ポリ(メタクリル酸メチル)(PMMA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、環式オレフィンコポリマー(COC)、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、ポリスチレン、ポリイミド、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ガラス、または前述の少なくとも1種を含む組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、多層シート。

基材第1表面と基材第2表面とを含む基材を形成する工程、

前記積層体を加熱する工程、
前記紫外線硬化コーティング層を紫外線放射線源で活性化する工程、ならびに

- 請求項12から13のいずれか1項に記載の多層シートであって、前記紫外線硬化性コーティング層が光開始剤をさらに含み、前記総重量の3%〜7%が前記光開始剤で構成されることを特徴とする、多層シート。
- 請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記多層シートを熱成形して熱成形品を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記熱成形する工程が、
前記多層シートを金型のクランプ上に置く工程、
前記多層シートを前記クランプに固定する工程、
前記金型を上昇させることによって、前記多層シートを前記クランプから押出す工程、
前記金型を下降させる工程、
前記多層シートを加熱すると同時に、減圧を開始し、前記金型を上昇させて、前記熱成形品を形成する工程
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項12から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記紫外線硬化性コーティング層が、ASTM D3359に従って測定された5Bの接着強度でポリカーボネート基材に接着することができることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項12から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記熱成形品が、CIE標準光源Cを使用してASTM D1003手順Aに従って測定された、80%以上の透過率を有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項12から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記熱成形品の表面抵抗率が60オーム以下であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項12から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記熱成形品が、動的機械分析によって測定したときに130℃以下の温度で20%以下の伸びを有することを特徴とする、方法。
