Abstract

Claims (15)
- 電気的に切り替え可能な光学特性を有するグレージングであって、当該グレージングは少なくとも、
・外側パネル(1)、及び
・少なくとも1つの熱可塑性シート(12)によって平面的に前記外側パネル(1)と接合されている、切り替え可能な機能素子(4)
を有し、ここで前記熱可塑性シート(12)は、少なくとも1種の発光材料(3)を含有する、前記グレージング。 - 前記熱可塑性シート(12)が、紫外線防止剤を含有しない、請求項1に記載のグレージング。
- 前記機能素子(4)が、少なくとも1種の有機材料を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のグレージング。
- 前記機能素子(4)が、2枚の担持シート(9、10)の間に平面的に配置されており、ここで前記担持シート(9、10)の一方が、少なくとも熱可塑性シート(12)によって、前記外側パネル(1)と接合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記外側パネル(1)とは対向していない熱可塑性シート(12)の表面にバリアシート(14)が配置されており、当該バリアシートが好ましくは、少なくともポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記熱可塑性シート(12)が、少なくともエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)及び/又はポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含有し、前記熱可塑性シート(12)の厚さが、好ましくは0.2mm〜2mmであり、ここで前記発光材料(3)が好ましくは、前記熱可塑性シート(12)に内蔵されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記発光材料(3)は、励起最大値が350nm〜450nmの範囲、好ましくは380nm〜420nmにある、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記発光材料(3)は、放射最大値が410nm〜600nmの範囲、好ましくは430nm〜500nmの範囲にある、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記発光材料(3)が、下記化学式:
R1−COO−Ph(OH)x−COO−R2
のヒドロキシアルキルテレフタレートを少なくとも1種含有し、
前記式中、
R1、R2は、炭素原子数が1〜10のアルキル基又はアリル基であり、
Phはフェニル環であり、
OHはフェニル環に結合したヒドロキシ基であり、
xは1〜4の整数であり、
好ましくは少なくともジエチル−2,5−ジヒドロキシテレフタレートを含有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。 - 前記熱可塑性シート(12)が、前記発光材料(3)を0.1kg/m3〜20kg/m3、好ましくは1kg/m3〜7kg/m3含有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記熱可塑性シート(12)は380nm〜410nmの波長範囲において、透過率が10%以下である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記機能素子(4)が、SPD機能素子、PDLC機能素子、エレクトロクロミック機能素子、又はエレクトロルミネッセンス機能素子、好ましくはSPD機能素子である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記外側パネル(1)と、内側パネル(2)とから成る合わせガラスである、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のグレージングであって、前記機能素子(4)が、前記外側パネル(1)と、前記内側パネル(2)の間に平面的に配置されている、前記グレージング。
- 電気的に切り替え可能な光学特性を有するグレージングの製造方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程a)〜c):
a)少なくとも1種の発光材料(3)を、熱可塑性シート(12)上に、又は熱可塑性シート(12)内に施与するか、又は導入する工程、
b)少なくとも1つの外側パネル(1)、熱可塑性シート(12)、及び切り替え可能な機能素子(4)を平面的に、この順序で重ねて配置する工程、及び
c)前記機能素子(4)を、前記熱可塑性シート(12)によって、外側パネル(1)と接合する工程、
を有する、前記製造方法。 - 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の電気的に切り替え可能な光学特性を有するグレージングにおける、少なくとも1種の発光材料を含有する熱可塑性シート(12)の使用であって、切り替え可能な機能素子(4)を紫外線、及び短波の可視光範囲における光線、特に380nm〜410nmの波長範囲における光線から保護するための、前記使用。
