Abstract
【解決手段】式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩(5−ALA類)が投与された対象の胸膜に励起光を照射し、5−ALA類から誘導され腫瘍部に蓄積されたプロトポルフィリンの励起により発する蛍光をカラー撮像し、波長636±2nmに相当するエネルギー(ER)と波長500±2nmに相当するエネルギー(EG)を算出し、かつ、EG値及び/又はER値を利用することで赤色蛍光部の特定を補助する画像処理を蛍光像において実施し、赤色蛍光部をバイオプシする部位として特定し、特定した部位をバイオプシにより細胞診断を行ない悪性中皮腫を診断する。

Description
(1)(a)下記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩(5−ALA類)が投与された対象の胸膜に胸腔鏡を通じて励起光を照射するステップ;(b)5−ALA類から誘導され腫瘍部に蓄積されたプロトポルフィリンIX(PpIX)が励起された場合に発する蛍光をカラー撮像するステップ;(c)カラー撮影蛍光像を解析処理することにより波長636±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(ER)と波長500±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(EG)を算出し、かつ、EG値及び/又はER値を適切に利用することで赤色蛍光部の特定を補助する画像処理をカラー撮影蛍光像において実施するステップ;(d)画像処理したカラー撮影蛍光像中の赤色蛍光部をバイオプシする部位として特定するステップ;の各ステップを備えた悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法。
(2)R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする上記(1)の方法。
(3)上記(1)又は(2)の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法に用いるための、前記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩を含有する悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断の補助剤。
(4)R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする上記(3)の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断の補助剤。
(5)上記(1)又は(2)の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法に用いるための補助剤を調製するための、前記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩の使用。
(6)R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする上記(5)の使用。
(7)(a)前記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩(5−ALA類)が投与された対象の胸膜に胸腔鏡を通じて励起光を照射するステップ;(b)5−ALA類から誘導され腫瘍部に蓄積されたプロトポルフィリンIX(PpIX)が励起された場合に発する蛍光をカラー撮像するステップ;(c)カラー撮影蛍光像を解析処理することにより波長636±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(ER)と波長500±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(EG)を算出し、かつ、EG値及び/又はER値を適切に利用することで赤色蛍光部の特定を補助する画像処理をカラー撮影蛍光像において実施するステップ;(d)画像処理したカラー撮影蛍光像中の赤色蛍光部をバイオプシする部位として特定するステップ;(e)ステップ(d)で特定した部位をバイオプシにより細胞診断・組織診断をするステップ;の各ステップを備えた悪性中皮腫の診断方法。
・原発性肺がん15例の内7例
P1〜P2因子:5例
胸膜播種例 :2例(図1参照)
非描出5例はすべてP0例(胸膜浸潤なし)
・転移性肺腫瘍6例(腎癌1例、大腸癌2例、乳癌2例、子宮癌1例)の内5例
非描出の1例は、胸膜からの距離があった。
・胸膜中皮腫2例の内2例
生検例であるが、2例共に明確な画像が得られた。(図2参照)
Claims (7)
- 以下の(a)〜(d)のステップを備えたことを特徴とする悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法。
(a)下記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩(5−ALA類)が投与された対象の胸膜に胸腔鏡を通じて励起光を照射するステップ;
(b)5−ALA類から誘導され腫瘍部に蓄積されたプロトポルフィリンIX(PpIX)が励起された場合に発する蛍光をカラー撮像するステップ;
(c)カラー撮影蛍光像を解析処理することにより波長636±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(ER)と波長500±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(EG)を算出し、かつ、EG値及び/又はER値を適切に利用することで赤色蛍光部の特定を補助する画像処理をカラー撮影蛍光像において実施するステップ;
(d)画像処理したカラー撮影蛍光像中の赤色蛍光部をバイオプシする部位として特定するステップ;
- R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法に用いるための、下記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩を含有する悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断の補助剤。
- R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断の補助剤。
- 請求項1又は2記載の悪性中皮腫の細胞診断・組織診断を補助する方法に用いるための補助剤を調製するための、下記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩の使用。
- R1及びR2が、水素原子であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の使用。
- 以下の(a)〜(e)のステップを備えたことを特徴とする悪性中皮腫の診断方法。
(a)下記式(I)で示される化合物又はその塩(5−ALA類)が投与された対象の胸膜に胸腔鏡を通じて励起光を照射するステップ;
(b)5−ALA類から誘導され腫瘍部に蓄積されたプロトポルフィリンIX(PpIX)が励起された場合に発する蛍光をカラー撮像するステップ;
(c)カラー撮影蛍光像を解析処理することにより波長636±2nmに相当する蛍光エネルギー(ER)と波長500±2nmに相当するエネルギー(EG)を算出し、かつ、EG値及び/又はER値を適切に利用することで赤色蛍光部の特定を補助する画像処理をカラー撮影蛍光像において実施するステップ;
(d)画像処理したカラー撮影蛍光像中の赤色蛍光部をバイオプシする部位として特定するステップ;
(e)ステップ(d)で特定した部位をバイオプシにより細胞診断・組織診断をするステップ;
