Abstract
Description
実際、日本では大気汚染防止法により、それらの多くが規制の対象となっており、排出基準等が定められるなど、対策が講じられている。しかしながら、粒子状物質(PM)に関しては、近隣諸国から越境輸送されてくることが、日本周辺で昨今非常に深刻な問題となりつつある。なお、大気汚染防止法では法規制の対象である粒子状物質として「自動車排ガスの中の粒子状物質」を指定しており、同法関連法規では粒子状物質が「自動車排ガスの中の粒子状物質」に限定して用いられている。

汚染物質による再構築表皮モデルの細胞傷害に対する、αゲル構造体の緩和作用を評価した。汚染物質のモデル化合物として、National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST)から入手したStandard Reference Materials(SRM)1975を用いて評価を行った。

汚染物質による再構築表皮モデルの細胞傷害に対する、αゲル構造体の緩和作用を評価した。

再構築表皮モデルに対して、表2に示す処方のαゲル構造体を有する製剤(本発明品2)およびプラセボ製剤(比較品2)を角層側へ処理した。さらに、塗布した製剤の上部から、再構築表皮モデルと同サイズにカットしたメッシュ生地に対して、1%SRM1975を含有するPBSを浸透させたものを適用し、24時間培養した。その後、再構築表皮モデルの生存率をMTT法により検出し、各製剤の緩和作用を、本発明品2処理、SRM1975未処理モデルに対する生存率で評価した。

- αゲル構造体を形成してなることを特徴とする汚染物質浸透防止剤。
- 前記αゲル構造体がモノアルキルリン酸エステルからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚染物質浸透防止剤。
- 請求項1または2に記載の汚染物質浸透防止剤を含有することを特徴とする汚染物質浸透防止用化粧料または汚染物質浸透防止用皮膚外用剤。
