"Provide a packaging box."

特開平11−349051号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-349051 特開2011−1078号公報JP 2011-1078 A

The depth of the concave portion of the spacer body described in Patent Document 1 is only the thickness of the corrugated cardboard, and there is no spacer at the diameter position in the horizontal direction of the fluorescent lamp, and the lateral cushioning is weak.
Each of the intermediate bumper and the end bumper described in Patent Document 2 has a complicated structure in which a bent portion or the like using corrugated cardboard is multiply stacked.
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a straight tube lamp package using a cushioning material having a simple structure with a single cardboard and having a high cushioning property.

Hereinafter, embodiments and examples will be described with reference to the drawings. However, in the following description, the same components may be denoted by the same reference numerals and repeated description may be omitted. In order to clarify the description, the drawings may be schematically represented with respect to the width, thickness, shape, etc. of each part as compared to the actual embodiment, but are merely examples, and the interpretation of the present invention is not limited to them. It is not limited.

The packaging body, exterior box, and cushioning material according to the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view for explaining a configuration of a packaging body according to an embodiment. 2A and 2B are diagrams for explaining the configuration of the cushioning material according to the embodiment, in which FIG. 2A is a front view and FIG. 2B is a side view.
As shown in FIG. 1, the package 1 includes a cardboard outer box 10, a cardboard cushioning material 20, and a straight tube lamp 30. The straight tube lamp 30 is packed using the outer box 10 and the buffer material 20. The five straight tube lamps 30 are held in parallel by the buffer material 20 and stacked in two upper and lower stages, so that a total of ten straight tube lamps 30 are packed in the outer box 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, the exterior box 10 includes a bottom 11, opposing short-side sidewalls 12, opposing long-side sidewalls 13-1 and 13-2, and a long-side sidewall 13-formed around the bottom 11. 1 and lids 14-1 and 14-2 attached to 13-2. However, in FIG. 1, the bottom part 11, the long side wall 13-2, and the lid 14-1 are not shown. A lid 14-1 is placed on the upper surface of the upper straight tube lamp 30 to protect the upper surface of the straight tube lamp 30. Note that the height of the long side wall 13-1 (the length in the Z direction) is lower by about the thickness of the corrugated board than the height of the long side wall 13-2. The length of the lid 14-1 in the Y direction is shorter than the length of the lid 14-2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cushioning material 20 includes a holding portion 21 for placing the tubular bottom surface and side surfaces of the straight tube lamp 30 and a base 25 for supporting the holding portion 21, and is placed on the bottom portion 11. . As shown in FIG. 2A, the holding portion 21 is formed by a partition wall 22 with which the side portion of the straight tube lamp 30 abuts and a mounting portion 23 with which the bottom portion of the straight tube lamp 30 abuts, and is U-shaped. It has the shape of As shown in FIG. 2B, the partition wall 22 has a rectangular vertical cross section (hereinafter, simply “cross section”). The holding part 21 receives the straight tube lamp 30 from above. The cushioning material 20 also functions as a spacer that holds another straight tube lamp 30 adjacent to each other with a predetermined interval. There is only one partition wall 22 of the holding portion 21 that holds the straight tube lamp 30 adjacent to the long side walls 13-1 and 13-2 of the outer box 10, and the other partition wall is constituted by the mounting portion 23. In other words, the height and width of the other partition wall of the holding portion 21 that holds the straight tube lamp 30 adjacent to the long side walls 13-1 and 13-2 of the outer box 10 are higher than the height and width of the partition wall 22. Is also small. Thus, since the partition walls 22 at both ends of the cushioning material 20 are omitted, the width (the length in the Y direction) of the cushioning material 20 can be narrowed (decreased), and the width of the exterior box 10 (the length in the Y direction). Can be made narrower (smaller).

The cushioning material 20 and the straight tube lamp 30 are stored in the outer box 10, the lids 14-1 and 14-2 are turned to cover the opening of the outer box 10, and the lid 14-2 and the long side wall 13 are covered. -1 is fixed with a vinyl tape 40 or the like to form a closed package 1.

In the following embodiments, a packaging body in which a straight tube fluorescent lamp is mounted will be described, but the present invention can also be applied to a packaging body in which a straight tube LED lamp is mounted.

An exterior box and a buffer material for an FHF86 type fluorescent lamp according to a first example (Example 1) of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a development view of the exterior box according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a development view of the cushioning material according to the first embodiment. The tube length of the FHF86 fluorescent lamp is 2367 mm, and the tube diameter is 25.5 mm.
As shown in FIG. 3, the exterior box 10 is formed of a single cardboard, and includes a bottom portion 11 having a long side extending along the X direction and a short side extending along the Y direction, and a short side of the bottom portion 11. A short side wall 12 that is continuous and facing outward in the X direction, a long side wall 13-1 and 13-2 that are continuous and facing outward in the Y direction from the long side of the bottom 11, and one long side wall 13-1. A lid body 14-1 continuous in the Y direction and a lid 14-2 continuous in the Y direction from the other long side wall 13-2. That is, one low part 11, two short side walls 12, two long side walls 13-1, 13-2 and two lids 14-1, 14-2 are all rectangular. A mountain fold ruled line is formed between successive parts. The two long side walls 13-1 and 13-2 include flaps 15-1 and 15-2 that are continuous outward from the short sides facing each other, and a total of four flaps. Note that the thickness of the cardboard of the outer box 10 is, for example, 5 mm.

To assemble the outer box 10, the two long side walls 13-1 and 13-2 are folded and stacked, and the two flaps 15-1 and 15-2 are stacked and stacked. The two short side walls 12 are folded in a mountain so as to sandwich the flap, thereby forming the outer packaging box 10 in an open state. The inner size of the outer box 10 is, for example, 2383 [mm] × 168 [mm] × 73 [mm]. The size of the outer box 10 in the longitudinal direction is such that a slight gap is generated when the fluorescent lamp 30 is placed on the buffer material 20, and the dimension in the width direction is also mounted on the buffer material 20 with the FHF86 fluorescent lamp 30. When placed, a slight gap is generated. As a result, the buffer material 20 and the FHF86 fluorescent lamp 30 can be easily placed and removed from the outer box 10.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cushioning material 20 is composed of a single cardboard, and includes a base 24 having a long side extending in the Y direction and a short side extending in the X direction, and one long side of the base 24. The holding piece 25 is continuous in the X direction, and the holding piece 25 is continuous in the −X direction from the other long side of the base 24. In addition, the thickness of the cardboard of the buffer material 20 is, for example, 5 mm. The holding piece 25 has a base insertion piece 26 and a projection piece 27 for floating the base 24. Since the protruding piece 27 is at a position where the FHF 86 fluorescent lamp 30 extends, the interval between the upper and lower FHF 86 fluorescent lamps 30 can be widened. For example, the length in the X direction of the protruding piece 27 is 6 mm, and the length from the boundary between the base 24 and the holding piece 25 to the bottom of the mounting portion 23 is 4 mm. Further, since the length from the bottom of the mounting portion 23 to the top of the partition wall 22 is 24.5 mm, which is smaller than the tube diameter of the fluorescent lamp 30, the top of the first-stage FHF86 fluorescent lamp 30 is the second stage. It contacts with the protruding piece 27 of the cushioning material 20. Therefore, the distance between the upper and lower FHF86 fluorescent lamps can be about 10 mm. The base 24 has a plurality of slits 28 extending in the Y direction at the center in the X direction. The slit 28 has a straight portion and a curved portion in the long side direction (Y direction). The length of the straight portion is, for example, 22 mm, and the length (width) in the short side direction (X direction) is, for example, 6 mm. The base insertion piece 26 has a trapezoidal shape, and the upper base is, for example, 18 mm and the lower base is, for example, 22 mm.

A mountain fold ruled line (half cut) is formed between the base 24 and the holding piece 25. Furthermore, the holding | maintenance part piece 25 has the mountain fold ruled line (half cut) extended in a Y direction so that the partition 22 with a square cross section may be formed. Further, the holding piece 25 has a plurality of holes forming the holding portion 21, and the holding portion 21 is formed by a set of partition walls 22 and is arranged in the Y direction so as to accommodate five FHF86 fluorescent lamps 30. Five are juxtaposed along. There are no partition walls 22 at both ends in the Y direction of the holding piece 25. For example, the width (length in the Y direction) of the partition wall 22 is 9.3 mm, and the width of the hole forming the holding portion 21 (length in the Y direction) is 26.2 mm. The ends of the holes forming the holding portions 21 at both ends are open, but the width (the length in the Y direction) when closed is 24.85 mm. Note that the height from the bottom of the mounting portion 23 forming the holding portions 21 at both ends to the portion 23E where the hole is released is 3.5 mm. When this is regarded as a partition, the height is the height of the partition 22. The width is narrower than the width of the partition wall 22.

In order to assemble the cushioning material 20, the mountain is folded along the half-cut C 1 at the boundary between the base 24 and the holding piece 25, and then the mountain is folded along the half-cut C 2 of the holding piece 25 (partition wall 22). A rectangular partition wall 22 is formed, and then the base insertion piece 26 is inserted into the slit 28 and fixed. When two base insertion pieces 26 are inserted into the slits 28, the base insertion pieces 26 are appropriately pressurized in the thickness direction and fit in the slits 28, and are not easily removed. There is no need. Since the cushioning material is formed by folding the protrusions on both end faces of the single cardboard folded toward the center of the cardboard and inserting and fixing the protrusions on the end surface into the center of the cardboard, it is not necessary to connect a plurality of cardboards. Further, it can be easily assembled with few bent portions. In addition, dismantling can be facilitated when discarding. The length of the buffer material 20 in the Y direction is, for example, 165.5 mm, and the length in the X direction is, for example, 252 mm.

An exterior box and cushioning material for a FLR110 type fluorescent lamp according to a second example (Example 2) of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a development view of the outer box according to the second embodiment. FIG. 6 is a development view of the cushioning material according to the second embodiment. The FLR110 fluorescent lamp has a tube length of 2367 mm and a tube diameter of 38 mm.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, according to the second embodiment, the exterior box and the cushioning material are the same in basic configuration except for the dimensions of the first embodiment. This is due to the difference in the tube diameter of the fluorescent lamp. The inner size of the outer box 10 according to the second embodiment is, for example, 2383 [mm] × 230 [mm] × 98 [mm]. The dimensions of the cushioning material 20 according to the second embodiment are, for example, 9 mm for the width of the partition wall 22 (length in the Y direction) and 39 mm for the width of the hole forming the holding portion 21 (length in the Y direction). . In addition, the thickness of the corrugated cardboard of the exterior box 10 and the buffer material 20 is, for example, 5 mm as in the first embodiment. The end portions of the holes forming the holding portions 21 at both ends are open, but the width (the length in the Y direction) when closed is 37.5 mm. Note that the height from the bottom of the mounting portion 23 forming the holding portions 21 at both ends to the portion 23E where the hole is released is 8 mm. When this is regarded as a partition, the height is higher than the height of the partition 22 It is low and its width is narrower than that of the partition wall 22. The length of the buffer material 20 in the Y direction is, for example, 228 mm, and the length in the X direction is, for example, 252 mm. The length in the X direction of the cushioning material 20 according to the second embodiment is the same as the length in the X direction of the cushioning material 20 according to the first embodiment, but may be different. The length of the protruding piece 27 in the X direction is the same as in the first and second embodiments. That is, the length in the X direction of the protruding piece 27 is 6 mm, and the length from the boundary between the base 24 and the holding piece 25 to the bottom of the mounting portion 23 is also 4 mm as in the first embodiment. In addition, the length from the bottom of the mounting portion 23 to the top of the partition wall 22 is 24.5 mm, which is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is smaller than the tube diameter of the FLR110 fluorescent lamp 30. The top part comes into contact with the protruding piece 27 of the second-stage cushioning material 20. Therefore, the interval between the upper and lower FLR110 type fluorescent lamps 30 can be set to about 10 mm as in the first embodiment. The slit 28 has a straight portion and a curved portion in the long side direction (Y direction). The length of the straight portion is, for example, 30 mm, and the length (width) in the short side direction (X direction) is, for example, 6 mm. The base insertion piece 26 has a trapezoidal shape, and the upper base is, for example, 26 mm and the lower base is, for example, 30 mm.

Next, the results of a drop test performed by changing the interval between the fluorescent lamps will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining an evaluation test method. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the results of a cantilever bottom drop test. FIG. 9 is a diagram showing the results of a cantilever side drop test.
As shown in FIG. 7, the drop test is performed with the corrugated cardboard 20 </ b> C sandwiched between the ten fluorescent lamps 30 according to the test method described in the packaging drop test of the Japan Light Bulb Industry Association Standard JEL601 “Safety Confirmation Test for Light Source Products” went. However, in JEL601, a straight tube fluorescent lamp with a long side of 1.5 m or longer is subjected to a test (hereinafter referred to as a cantilever bottom drop test) in which the ridge between the bottom and the adjacent short side is dropped. Also, a test for dropping the ridge between the long side surface and the adjacent short side surface (hereinafter referred to as a cantilever side surface drop test) is also performed. By changing the thickness of the cardboard 20C, the interval between the fluorescent lamps 30 (lamp bulb interval) is changed. In addition, the inner dimension of the outer box was changed according to the lamp bulb interval so that the fluorescent lamp 30 did not rattle. The lower fluorescent lamp 30 is placed directly on the bottom of the outer box, and the lid of the outer box and the cardboard 20C placed vertically are in contact, but the upper fluorescent lamp 30 is in contact with the lid of the outer box. Not. The drop test was conducted by changing the height at intervals of 10 cm. In the drop test of FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, it is assumed that the number of cushioning materials provided per stage in the longitudinal direction is two.
As shown in FIG. 8, in the cantilever bottom drop test, neither the FHF86 type fluorescent lamp nor the FLR110 type fluorescent lamp has much dependency on the lamp bulb interval, and the height is sufficiently higher than the height of 30 cm defined in JEL601. There was no breakage or cracking that would compromise the safety of the product.
As shown in FIG. 9, in the cantilever side drop test, both the FHF86 fluorescent lamp and the FLR110 fluorescent lamp have a dependency on the lamp bulb interval, and if the lamp bulb interval is narrow, the safety of the product is impaired. The drop height at which breakage or cracks occur is low. However, the height of 30 cm prescribed in JEL601 is satisfied. According to FIG. 9, if the FHF86 type fluorescent lamp is 5 mm or more and the FLR110 type fluorescent lamp is 7 mm or more, it is expected that the product can be prevented from being damaged or cracking even at a drop height of 80 cm. Is done.
Therefore, if both the FHF86 type fluorescent lamp and the FLR110 type fluorescent lamp have a lamp bulb interval of 8 mm or more, even if the lamp is dropped from a height exceeding 80 cm, damage and cracks that impair the safety of the product are prevented. it can. In Example 1 and Example 2, the lamp bulb interval in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is set to 8 mm or more as described above.

Next, the results of a drop test performed by changing the number of cushioning materials used in the packing bodies of Example 1 and Example 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
In the drop test, a cantilever bottom drop test and a cantilever side drop test were performed in the same manner as in FIGS. “OK” indicates that the product does not cause damage or cracks that impair safety, and “NG” indicates that the product causes damage or cracks that impair safety. Yes. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, six / box (using three pieces per stage) is a two-stage structure in which buffer materials are arranged at three locations near both ends and near the center of the fluorescent lamp. . The 4 units / box (using 2 units per stage) is a two-stage configuration in which cushioning materials are arranged at two locations near both ends of the fluorescent lamp. That is, the buffer material in the vicinity of the center of the fluorescent lamp is removed for 6 boxes / box (3 boxes per stage). 8 boxes / box (4 pieces per stage) means that buffer materials are arranged at almost equal intervals in 2 places near both ends of the fluorescent lamp and 2 places near the center. It is a thing.
As shown in Fig. 10, compared with 4 boxes / box (using 2 boxes per stage), 6 boxes / box (using 3 boxes per stage) and 8 boxes / box (using 4 boxes per stage) The fall height that causes damage and cracks that impairs safety is high. By using 6 cushions / box (three per stage), it is possible to prevent breakage and cracks that impair the safety of the product even when the drop height is 100 cm or more. Therefore, it is preferable to use 6 cushions / box (3 per stage).
