Claims (18)
- 前記共役ジエン系重合体鎖は、共役ジエン系単量体及び芳香族ビニル単量体を含んでなるランダム共重合体鎖であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- 前記変性共役ジエン系重合体は、数平均分子量が1,000〜2,000,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- 前記変性共役ジエン系重合体は、ビニル含量が25%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- 前記共役ジエン系重合体鎖は、共役ジエン系単量体と芳香族ビニル単量体との合計100重量%を基準として、芳香族ビニル単量体が0.0001〜40重量%含まれたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- 前記変性共役ジエン系重合体は、ムーニー粘度が40以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- (a)共役ジエン系単量体、または共役ジエン系単量体と芳香族ビニル単量体の混合物を、有機金属化合物を含む溶媒中で重合させて、金属末端を有する活性共役ジエン系重合体鎖を形成する重合段階と、
(b)前記活性共役ジエン系重合体鎖に、変性剤として下記化学式2で表される化合物を投入して変性させる変性段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法;
- 前記有機金属化合物は、前記単量体総100gを基準として0.01〜10mmol使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法。
- 前記有機金属化合物と前記化学式2で表される化合物とのモル比は、1:0.1〜1:10であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法。
- 前記重合段階が、極性添加剤をさらに含んで行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法。
- 前記極性添加剤は、前記単量体総100gを基準として0.001〜50gの範囲以内の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法。
- 請求項7乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体の製造方法により製造された変性共役ジエン系重合体。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の変性共役ジエン系重合体100重量部に対して補強性充填剤0.1〜200重量部を含んでなることを特徴とする、ゴム組成物。
- 前記変性共役ジエン系重合体10〜100重量%と他のゴム0〜90重量%とからなる重合体混合物100重量部に、シリカ5〜200重量部及びシランカップリング剤2〜20重量部を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、カーボンブラック0.1〜100重量部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤がシリカ系充填剤であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項13に記載のゴム組成物を含んでなるタイヤ。
