Under such circumstances, various generators have been proposed. One of them is a drum around which a thread is wound, and the drum wound around a drum having a spiral spring disposed inside is rotated by repeatedly pulling the drum, and is connected to the drum in a certain direction. There has been proposed an ultra-compact portable manual generator having a function of generating electricity by rotating a generator rotor meshed with a dovo gear in one direction via a dovo gear having a dovo mechanism that allows rotation to a position (for example, a patent Reference 1). In addition, a portable charging device has been proposed that incorporates a generator that generates a voltage by rotating a manually rotatable handle (see, for example, Patent Document 2). These are assumed to generate power manually, such as pulling a thread by hand or turning a handle.

It is a figure which shows the usage example of the electric power generating apparatus 100 in embodiment of this invention. It is a figure which shows another example of use of the electric power generating apparatus 100 in embodiment of this invention.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a person 200 is wearing the power generation device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The power generation device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a power generation unit 10, a power generation fixing unit 20, and a string member fixing unit 30. The power generation unit 10 has a mechanism for generating power by pulling the string member 11.

The power generation unit 10 includes a string member 11 at the lower portion as shown in FIG. When the string member 11 is pulled downward (in the direction of arrow A), the restoring force of the string winding mechanism (not shown) provided inside the power generation unit 10 works, and the string member 11 is wound up to return to the original state. To do. The details of the mechanism relating to the power generation unit 10 will be described later.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the power generation fixing unit 20 is for fixing the power generation unit 10 to, for example, a non-operating body. For example, the non-operating body refers to a part other than legs, hands, and arms (for example, around the waist) in the case of a human body during walking. In FIG. 1, the power generation fixing unit 20 fixes the power generation unit 10 around the waist of the person 200.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the string member fixing portion 30 is for fixing the string member 11 to an operating body, for example. The moving body refers to, for example, a leg, a hand, and an arm in the case of a human body during walking. In FIG. 1, the string member fixing portion 30 fixes the string member 11 near the ankle.

When the person 200 wearing the power generation device 100 walks, the following operation is repeated. When one leg 210 attached with the power generation device 100 is taken forward, the string member 11 of the power generation unit 10 is pulled and the power generation unit 10 generates power. Next, when the other leg 220 is moved forward, the one leg 210 is bent, the string member 11 is slackened, and is wound around the string winding mechanism inside the power generation unit 10. In the walking operation of the person 200, the pulling operation and the winding operation of the string member 11 are alternately repeated, and the power generation unit 10 generates power during the pulling operation.

The power generation fixing unit 20 may be fixed to the operating body. Moreover, you may fix the string member fixing | fixed part 30 to a non-operation body. However, at least one of the power generation fixing unit 20 and the string member fixing unit 30 needs to be fixed to the operating body. This is to perform the pulling operation. In addition, the fixing position of the power generation fixing unit 20 and the string member fixing unit 30 is such that the pulling operation and the winding operation of the string member 11 described above are alternately performed when the person 200 wearing the power generation device 100 walks. It must be in a position where The fixed position may be any position as long as such a position can be used.

In that sense, the non-operating body does not mean an object that does not move at all, but if the pulling operation and the winding operation of the string member 11 described above can be realized by the operating body and the non-operating body, there is an operation. Also good. Therefore, in the present invention, the operating body and the non-operating body operate in a manner that the operating body and the non-operating body may be regarded as operating relative to the operating body and the non-operating body. Those who may be deemed not to be considered as non-operational bodies. An action object and a non-action object are determined in various operations in accordance with the definition.

In the following, the power generation fixing unit 20 is described as fixing the power generation unit 10 to a non-operating body, and the string member fixing unit 30 is described as fixing the string member 11 to an operating body. Is an example, and the present invention is not limited to this.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the power generation fixing unit 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2A is a diagram illustrating a state in which the power generation fixing unit 20 is attached to the power generation unit 10. FIG. 2B is a view of the power generation fixing unit 20 as viewed from the back.

For example, as illustrated in FIG. 2A, the power generation fixing unit 20 is assumed to be configured by a case unit 21, a case attachment unit 22, and a rotation unit 23. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the case unit 21 is assumed to cover and restrain the power generation unit 10 as an example.

Specifically, the upper portion of the case portion 21 is open. The opening of the case portion 21 serves as an insertion port for the power generation unit 10. A tongue member 21 a that opens and closes a part of the opening is provided on the upper portion of the case portion 21. The tongue member 21a is provided with a button member 21b, and the case portion 21 is provided with a button receiving member 21c. When the tongue member 21a is folded and buttoned so as to close a part of the opening at the top of the case portion 21, the case portion 21 restrains and covers and holds the power generation portion 10 as shown in the left figure of FIG. It becomes a state. Thereby, the power generation unit 10 is not popped out from the power generation fixing unit 20. Moreover, the case part 21 has the hole 21d which lets the string member 11 pass to the lower part, as shown to Fig.2 (a). Moreover, although the soft material, for example, cowhide, is mentioned as a material of the case part 21, it is not restricted to this, Other materials may be sufficient. Moreover, the aspect of the case part 21 is not restricted to the said aspect, What kind of aspect may be sufficient as long as the aspect which can restrain the electric power generation part 10 is possible, and also includes all the other well-known restraint aspects.

The case attaching part 22 attaches the case part 21 to a non-operating body or the like. As an aspect of the case attachment portion 22, for example, as shown in FIG. 2B, a loop member 22a attached to the back surface 21e of the case portion 21 is assumed. However, the case portion 21 is not limited to this. Any form may be used as long as it can be attached to a non-operating body or the like, and all other known attachment forms are included. As an attachment mode of the loop member 22a as the case mounting portion 22, for example, a mode in which the case portion 21 is mounted near the waist through a belt through the loop member 22a is assumed.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the rotating portion 23 rotates the case portion 21 on the back surface 21 b surface around a fulcrum 23 a provided on the back surface 21 b of the case portion 21. Note that the case 21 may be rotated as shown in FIG. 2B, for example. That is, assuming that the right diagram in FIG. 2B is the default position of the case portion 21, when the case portion 21 is rotated by a predetermined angle about the fulcrum 23a on the back surface 21b, the case portion 21 is shown in FIG. The position is as shown in the left figure of b). Further, as another mode of the rotation unit 23, a mode in which a rotation fulcrum is provided at another position of the case unit 21 and is rotated there may be employed.

Moreover, as a rotation aspect of the rotation part 23, the aspect which rotates the case part 21 freely, without fixing rotation of the case part 21, for example may be sufficient. In addition, as a rotation mode of the rotation unit 23, for example, a rotation restriction mechanism that fixes the case unit 21 so as not to rotate freely after the case unit 21 is rotated by a desired angle is provided. May be. As an example of the mode of the rotation limiting mechanism, a mode in which the case portion 21 and the case mounting portion 22 are firmly clamped using, for example, a screw and a nut passing through the fulcrum 23a can be cited.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of the string member fixing portion 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The string member fixing part 30 includes, for example, a string member connecting part 31 and an attaching part 32.

The string member connecting part 31 connects the string member 11 and the attaching part 32. The string member 11 is attached to the string member connecting portion 31. FIGS. 3A and 3B are diagrams illustrating a state in which the string member 11 and the attachment portion 32 are connected. It is assumed that the string member connecting portion 31 is constituted by, for example, a tongue member 31a. 3A and 3B, the tongue member 31a has a mode in which a button member 31c and a button receiving member 31d are provided at both ends of an elongated member 31b made of a soft material. By fastening the button member 31c to the button receiving member 31d, the elongated member 31b made of a soft material forms a closed ring shape.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the string member 11 is attached to the string member connecting portion 31 by passing the elongated member 31b through the ring of the handle 11a of the ring-shaped string member 11 and passing the button member 31c. It moves to the button receiving member 31d. Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, the button member 31c is fastened to the button receiving member 31d. As described above, the string member 11 (the handle 11a) is attached to the string member connecting portion 31. In addition, the aspect of the string member connection part 31 is not restricted to the above aspect, The connection aspect of all the other well-known string members 11 and the attaching part 32 is also included.

The attachment part 32 attaches the string member coupling part 31 to an operating body or the like. The string member connecting portion 31 is fixed to the attachment portion 32. And the string member connection part 31 is attached to an action body etc. by attaching the attachment part 32 to an action body etc.

As shown in FIG. 3C, for example, the attachment portion 32 is assumed to be provided with a fixed portion 32b and a fixed portion 32c that are paired at both ends of the elongated member 32a made of a soft material. As the adhering part 32b and the adhering part 32c, for example, a magic tape (registered trademark) is assumed. However, the adhering part 32b and the adhering part 32c are not limited to this and may be other. For example, as shown in FIG. 3C, when the elongated member 32a is wound in an annular shape and the fixing portion 32b is fixed to the fixed portion 32c, the annular attachment portion 32 shown in FIG. 3D is obtained.

As shown in FIG. 1, for example, the attachment portion 32 may be attached to the ankle by winding the elongated member 32a around the ankle and fixing the fixing portion 32b to the fixed portion 32c. If the attachment part 32 is such an aspect, since winding of the elongate member 32a can be adjusted according to thickness and magnitude | sizes, such as an ankle and a wrist, it can be easily attached to various places. In addition, the aspect of the attachment part 32 is not restricted to the above aspect, The attachment aspect to other well-known operation bodies etc. is also included.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of the power generation unit 10. The power generation unit 10 includes a generator 1, a drum 2, a string member 11 wound around the drum 2, a spiral spring 4 attached inside the drum 2, and a gear that transmits only rotation in one direction of the drum 2. A mechanism 5, a gear 6 that is rotated by transmission of rotation from the gear mechanism 5, a gear 7 that meshes with the gear 6 and is connected to the rotor rotation shaft 1 a of the generator 1, a power storage unit 8, and a casing 9 Is provided.

When the string member 11 is pulled downward (in the direction of arrow B), the drum 2 rotates forward accordingly. When the drum 2 rotates forward (in the direction of arrow C), the gear mechanism 5 transmits the rotation to the gear 6. Then, the gear 6 rotates in the forward direction (arrow D direction). In response to the forward rotation of the gear 6, the gear 7 rotates to rotate the rotor rotating shaft 1a. Thereby, the generator 1 generates electric power. The electric power generated by the generator 1 is stored in the power storage unit 8. For example, a ratchet mechanism is assumed as the gear mechanism 5, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any other mechanism may be used as long as it can transmit only rotation in one direction.

On the other hand, one end of the spiral spring 4 is fixed to the center of the drum 2, and the other end of the spiral spring 4 is fixed to a predetermined position inside the drum 2 (for example, the side surface 2a inside the drum 2). When the string member 11 is pulled downward (arrow B direction) and the drum 2 is rotated forward, the spiral spring 4 is deformed and a restoring force acts. Therefore, when the string member 11 pulled downward (in the arrow B direction) is released, the drum 2 rotates negatively (in the direction opposite to the arrow C direction) by the restoring force of the spiral spring 4 to wind the string member 11.

In addition, the structure which provides directly the case attachment part 22 demonstrated in FIG. 2 and the rotation part 23 in the electric power generation part 10 may be sufficient. In this case, for example, a mode in which the case attachment portion 22 and the portion corresponding to the rotation portion 23 are directly provided on the back surface portion of the casing 9 of the power generation unit 10 is assumed as an example. An aspect may be sufficient. In this case, the case part 21 of the power generation fixing part 20 is omitted.

Moreover, the structure of the electric power generation part 10 is not restricted to said thing, In the present invention, all the mechanisms which can produce electric power by pulling the other string member 11 are included.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a usage example of the power generation device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig.5 (a) and FIG.5 (b) are the figures which show the usage example 1 of the electric power generating apparatus 100 in embodiment of this invention. 5A and 5B, the power generation fixing unit 20 is passed through a belt 310, and the power generation unit 10 is fixed near the waist of the person 300. 5A and 5B, the string member fixing portion 30 is fixed near the ankle 320 of the person 300.

In the usage example 1 of the power generation device 100, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the power generation device 100 is caused to generate power by using the motion of the foot in the walking motion of the person 300. That is, when the person 300 moves from the state shown in FIG. 5A to the state shown in FIG. 5B during the walking operation, the leg is extended from the bent state. At this time, the foot pulls the string member 11, and power is generated in the power generation unit 10 at that time. The generated power is stored in a power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

Next, when the person 300 walks from the state of FIG. 5B to the state of FIG. 5A, the leg is bent from the stretched state. At this time, the string member 11 is slackened, the string member 11 is wound by the restoring force of the internal mechanism of the internal power generation unit 10, and the string member 11 is returned to the inside of the power generation unit 10 by the pulled amount. Then, in the walking motion of the person 300, the state of FIG. 5A to the state of FIG. 5B and the state of FIG. 5B to the state of FIG. 5A are sequentially repeated. That is, the walking motion of bending or stretching the leg is sequentially repeated. At that time, the electric power generated in the power generation unit 10 is continuously stored in the power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

In addition, when making the electric power generating apparatus 100 generate electric power using the motion of the foot in the walking motion of the person 300, as shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. It is assumed that the power generation fixing portion 20 is rotated so as to face.

FIG.5 (c) and FIG.5 (d) are the figures which show the usage example 2 of the electric power generating apparatus 100 in embodiment of this invention. 5 (c) and 5 (d), the power generation fixing unit 20 is passed through the belt 410, and the power generation unit 10 is fixed near the waist of the person 400. 5C and 5D, the string member fixing portion 30 is fixed to the wrist of the person 400.

In the usage example 2 of the power generation device 100, as shown in FIGS. 5C and 5D, the power generation device 100 is caused to generate power by using the arm swinging motion in the walking motion of the person 400. That is, when the person 400 moves from the state of FIG. 5C to the state of FIG. 5D in the walking motion, the arm is swung and protrudes forward. At this time, the arm pulls the string member 11, and power is generated in the power generation unit 10 at that time. The generated power is stored in a power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

Next, when the person 400 moves from the state of FIG. 5D to the state of FIG. 5C in the walking motion, the arm protruding forward returns to the original position. At this time, the string member 11 is slackened, the string member 11 is wound by the restoring force of the internal mechanism of the internal power generation unit 10, and the string member 11 is returned to the inside of the power generation unit 10 by the pulled amount. And in the walking motion of the person 400, the swinging motion of the arm back and forth is sequentially repeated. At that time, the electric power generated in the power generation unit 10 is continuously stored in the power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

Note that, when the power generation device 100 is caused to generate power using the arm swinging motion in the walking motion of the person 400, the string member 11 in the power generation unit 10 is substantially horizontal as shown in FIGS. 5 (c) and 5 (d). It is assumed that the power generation fixing unit 20 is rotated so as to face the direction.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating another usage example of the power generation device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 6A and 6B are diagrams showing a usage example 3 of the power generation device 100 in the embodiment of the present invention. 6A and 6B, the power generation fixing unit 20 is passed through a belt 510, and the power generation unit 10 is fixed near the waist of the person 500. 6A and 6B, the string member fixing portion 30 is fixed in the vicinity of the ankle 520 of the person 500.

In the usage example 3 of the power generation device 100, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the power generation device 100 is caused to generate power by using an operation in which a person 500 drives a bicycle 600. That is, when the person 500 moves from the state shown in FIG. 6A to the state shown in FIG. 5B in the bicycle driving operation, the leg is extended from the bent state. At this time, the foot pulls the string member 11, and power is generated in the power generation unit 10 at that time. The generated power is stored in a power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

Next, when the person 500 moves from the state of FIG. 6B to the state of FIG. 6A in the bicycle driving operation, the leg is bent from the extended state. At this time, the string member 11 is slackened, the string member 11 is wound by the restoring force of the internal mechanism of the internal power generation unit 10, and the string member 11 is returned to the inside of the power generation unit 10 by the pulled amount. Then, in the bicycle driving operation of the person 500, the state of FIG. 6 (a) to the state of FIG. 6 (b) and the state of FIG. 6 (b) to the state of FIG. 6 (a) are sequentially repeated. That is, a bicycle driving operation in which a leg is bent or extended is sequentially repeated. At that time, the electric power generated in the power generation unit 10 is continuously stored in the power storage unit inside the power generation unit 10.

In the above description, the power generation unit 10 is fixed near the waist of the person 500 through the power generation fixing unit 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, for example, the power generation unit 10 may be fixed at any position of the bicycle 600 (for example, near the saddle 610 and the handle). Any position of the bicycle 600 is defined as the operation of pulling the string member 11 in the bicycle driving operation described in Use Example 3, and the string member 11 is loosened and wound by the restoring force of the internal mechanism of the power generation unit 10. The position where the operation of returning to the inside can be performed alternately. In this sense, the non-operational body is not limited to a human body, and may be other things.

Moreover, although the string member fixing | fixed part 30 was fixed to the ankle of the person 500 in the above, it is not restricted to this. That is, the string member fixing part 30 may be fixed to any position (for example, the pedal 620) of the bicycle 600, for example. In this sense, the action body is not limited to the human body, and may be other things.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to generate electric power using the normal operation of daily life. That is, if the power generation unit 10 and the string member 11 in the power generation unit 10 with the string member 11 are fixed at appropriate positions in the normal operation of daily life, it is possible to easily generate power without difficulty. It is particularly useful in emergency situations such as disasters.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the non-operating body in the fixing portion for fixing the power generation fixing portion and the string member fixing portion does not mean that it does not move at all. As long as the pulling operation and the winding operation of the string member 11 described above can be realized by the operating body and the non-operating body, the non-operating body may have an operation.

The embodiment of the present invention shows an example for embodying the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. .
