Abstract
Description
[第1の実施形態]
本実施形態の石膏組成物および石膏スラリー(石膏泥漿)について説明する。
[第2の実施形態]
本実施形態では、第1の実施形態で説明した石膏組成物を用いた石膏硬化体について説明する。
[第3の実施形態]
本実施形態では、第2の実施形態で説明した石膏硬化体を芯材とする石膏系建材について説明する。
(1)評価方法
以下の実験例において製造した、石膏組成物、石膏スラリー(石膏泥漿)、石膏硬化体、石膏ボードの試験方法について説明する。
(1−1)フロー試験
石膏組成物と水との混練物である石膏スラリー(石膏泥漿)についてフロー試験を行った。
(1−2)石膏硬化体の圧縮強度試験
オートグラフ(株式会社島津製作所製 型番:AG−10KNI)を用いて、作製した石膏硬化体の圧縮強度を測定した。測定の際、オートグラフの荷重速度は3mm/minとした。
(1−3)石膏ボードの圧縮強度試験
以下に示す条件で製造した石膏ボードの中央部を4cm×4cmにカットし、カットしたボードのピースを3枚重ねたものを試験体とした。
(1−4)石膏ボード中の泡形状の確認
石膏ボードの断面が平面となるよう断ち割り、その断面を走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)にて観察した。
(1−5)発熱性試験
JIS A 6901:2009発熱性試験に準拠して行い、加熱時間20分における総発熱量と最高発熱速度について測定した。
(2)実験内容
以下に示す実験例1〜3を行い上述した評価方法により得られた試料について評価を行った。
(実験例1)
本実験例では、石膏組成物を用いた石膏スラリーのフロー値について検討を行った。
(実験例2)
本実験例では、各種組成の石膏硬化体を製造し、その評価を行った。
本実験例では、各種組成の石膏硬化体を芯材として用いた石膏ボードを製造し、その評価を行った。
Claims (9)
- 焼石膏と、尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉とを含む石膏組成物と、水とを混錬した後に硬化させた石膏硬化体を芯材とする石膏系建材。
- 焼石膏と、尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉とを含む石膏組成物と、泡と、水とを混練した後に硬化させた石膏硬化体を芯材とする石膏系建材。
- 前記石膏硬化体中に含まれる泡の直径の平均値は、100μm以上1000μm以下である請求項2に記載の石膏系建材。
- 前記石膏組成物が、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を0.2質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系建材。
- 前記石膏硬化体の比重が0.4以上0.65以下である請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系建材。
- 前記石膏系建材が板状である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系建材。
- 前記石膏系建材が石膏ボードである請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系建材。
- 焼石膏と、尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉とを含む石膏組成物と、水とを混練して石膏スラリーを調製する工程と、
該石膏スラリーに泡を添加する工程と、
表面材間に該石膏スラリーを配置する工程と、
該石膏スラリーを硬化させ石膏硬化体を芯材とする工程と、
を含む、石膏系建材の製造方法。 - 前記石膏組成物が、前記焼石膏100質量部に対して、前記尿素リン酸エステル化澱粉を0.2質量部以上10質量部以下の割合で含む請求項8に記載の石膏系建材の製造方法。
