Abstract

本发明公开了一种钛石膏干混砂浆,属于干混砂浆生产领域。由以下重量配比的配料混合制成:半水钛石膏30-40份;水硬性胶凝材料10-20份;骨料40-50份;生石灰5-10份;早强剂0.5-1.5份;保水剂0.02-0.5份;减水剂0.3-1份。与现有技术相比,本发明的钛石膏干混砂浆以工业废物为主料,具有环保、品质稳定、施工效率高等特点。

钛石膏干混砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干混砂浆,具体地说是一种钛石膏干混砂浆。
背景技术
随着我国钛白粉企业生产规模的扩大,钛石膏的排放量逐年增加。钛石膏的大量排放不仅占用大量土地,污染环境、破坏生态平衡,还给钛白粉企业造成了巨大的经济负担。钛石膏资源化问题已成为钛白粉企业能否持续发展的关键所在。目前钛石膏几乎没有得到利用,需要大量土地用以堆放,既浪费土地,又污染环境,另一方面,钛石膏堆积日晒后,以粉末状飘散于大气中以及沉降到可能接触到的外物表面,既污染环境又威胁健康。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种环保、品质稳定、施工效率高的钛石膏干混砂浆。
本发明的技术任务是按以下方式实现的:钛石膏干混砂浆,由以下重量配比的配料混合制成:
半水钛石膏        30-40份
水硬性胶凝材料    10-20份
骨料              40-50份
生石灰            5-10份
早强剂            0.5-1.5份
保水剂            0.02-0.5份
减水剂            0.1-1份。
所述半水钛石膏的细度为100~300目。
半水钛石膏是以钛白粉企业排出的大量钛石膏为原料,经过煅烧等技术流程转化而成的产物。
所述水硬性胶凝材料为普通硅酸盐水泥和/或矿渣水泥。
所述骨料为符合GB/T14684-2001标准要求的建筑砂、河砂、水淬矿渣或建筑垃圾粉碎细颗粒中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物,其粒径为0.15-3mmmm。
所述早强剂可以是现有技术中通用的早强剂,如硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠。优选使用硫酸钾、氯化钙、甲酸钙或碳酸锂。
水泥、硫酸钾在配料中还起到激发剂的作用。
所述保水剂可以是现有技术中通用的保水剂,如聚乙烯醇、聚氧化烷烃类等,优选使用甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素和改性淀粉(如:磷酸酯化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、阴离子淀粉、丙烯腈淀粉等)中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
所述减水剂可以是现有技术中通用的减水剂,如三聚氰胺甲醛缩合物减水剂、氨基磺酸盐减水剂,。优选使用木质素磺酸盐减水剂.。
本发明通过添加各种外加剂(如早强剂、保水剂、减水剂等)对半水钛石膏进行改性,以水硬性胶凝材料为基础物料,再混合经高温除湿、除泥处理的精选骨料,精确计量和强制机械式搅拌后得到成品干混砂浆。
本发明的钛石膏干混砂浆与现有技术相比具有以下突出的有益效果:
(一)利用由钛石膏转化成的半水钛石膏为主料生产干混砂浆,变废为宝,减少钛石膏堆积占用的土地量,具有良好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益;
(二)产品品质稳定,可使用泵送喷涂,施工效率高、劳动强度低,可节省大量人工。
具体实施方式
以具体实施例对本发明的钛石膏干混砂浆作以下详细地说明。
实施例一:
配方:
半水钛石膏(140目):35Kg    普通硅酸盐水泥:15Kg
河砂(粒径0.15-3mm):45Kg      生石灰:8Kg
硫酸钾:1Kg                   羟乙基甲基纤维素:0.2Kg
木质素磺酸钠:0.2Kg
制备方法:
依照上述配方精确计量各种原料后,混合、强制机械式搅拌均匀即得目标产品。
实施例二:
配方:
半水钛石膏(200目):32Kg          矿渣水泥:18Kg
建筑垃圾粉碎细颗粒(粒径0.15-3mm):43Kg
生石灰:9Kg                      碳酸锂:1.3Kg
甲基纤维素:0.1Kg                氨基磺酸钠:0.4Kg
制备方法:
依照上述配方精确计量各种原料后,混合、强制机械式搅拌均匀即得目标产品。
实施例三:
配方:
半水钛石膏(270目):39Kg         普通硅酸盐水泥:12Kg
水淬矿渣(粒径0.15-3mm):47Kg    生石灰:6Kg
甲酸钙:0.8Kg                   磷酸酯化淀粉:0.4Kg
木质素磺酸钠:0.6Kg
制备方法:
依照上述配方精确计量各种原料后,混合、强制机械式搅拌均匀即得目标产品。

Claims (4)

1.钛石膏干混砂浆,其特征在于:由以下重量配比的配料混合制成:
所述水泥为:普通硅酸盐水泥和/或矿渣水泥;
所述早强剂为硫酸钾、氯化钙、甲酸钙或碳酸锂;
所述保水剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素和改性淀粉中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物;
所述减水剂为木质素磺酸盐减水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钛石膏干混砂浆,其特征在于:所述半水钛石膏的细度为100~300目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钛石膏干混砂浆,其特征在于:所述骨料为建筑砂、河砂、水淬矿渣或建筑垃圾粉碎细颗粒中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的钛石膏干混砂浆,其特征在于:所述骨料的粒径为0.15-3mm。
