Abstract
【解決手段】モータ制御装置の制御回路内のCPUは、加速度センサにより検出された加速度Gを取得し(S401)、加速度Gが所定値以上の場合、車両の衝突が発生したと判断し、車両衝突時の切り替え処理を実行する。高回転速度領域であった場合に矩形波駆動の1パルス制御から正弦波PWMに基づいた電流ベクトル制御へ制御モードを切り替える(S404)。電流検出器から各電流値を読み込み、過電流が検出された場合、フェールセーフ処理を実行し(S406)、インバータのMOSFETをターンオフする。CPUは、電源リレーをオフする(S407)ことによりインバータへの電力供給を停止して、電動モータの回転を停止させる。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車載用モータ制御装置を搭載した車両の主要部分のブロック構成を示す図である。図1に示す車載用モータ制御装置(以下、モータ制御装置という)1は、インバータ(モータ駆動回路)13、電源回路17、および制御回路15を備えた装置である。この車両は、走行用駆動源としてガソリンエンジン(以下、エンジンという)5と電動モータ10とを有し、これらと発電機であるジェネレータ3とを動力分割機構16により接続し、この動力分割機構16の出力軸は、減速機2を介して駆動輪4へと接続されている。これによりエンジン5と電動モータ10とによる駆動輪4へと伝達する駆動力の比率を可変としたシリーズ・パラレルハイブリッド方式を採用している。
図4に示すように、モータ制御装置1の制御回路15内のCPU(図示せず)は、まず、加速度センサ8により検出された加速度Gを読み込む(ステップS401)。

Claims (3)
- 複数のスイッチング素子を含み、指令値に基づいて電動モータに駆動電流を供給するモータ駆動回路と、
前記電動モータを駆動する高電圧の直流電源に接続され前記モータ駆動回路に電力を供給する電源回路と、
前記モータ駆動回路を制御する制御回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記電動モータを駆動制御する複数の制御モードを有するとともに、
車両に設けられた加速度センサの値により前記車両の衝突を検知する衝突検知手段と、
前記制御モードを切り替える制御モード切替手段と、備え、
前記制御モード切替手段は、前記車両の衝突検知により、直ちに前記制御モードを移行させることを特徴とする車載用モータ制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載用モータ制御装置において、
前記制御回路は、前記制御モードを移行させた後に前記電動モータの各相電流および電源電流検出により過電流を検出したとき、前記モータ駆動回路内の前記スイッチング素子の動作を停止させた後、前記直流電源と前記モータ駆動回路との間の接続を開閉する電源リレーを遮断し電力供給を停止させることを特徴とする車載用モータ制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車載用モータ制御装置において、
前記制御回路は、衝突検知時に前記制御モードを電圧位相制御から電流ベクトル制御に切り替えることを特徴とする車載用モータ制御装置。
