Abstract
Description
[式(1)中、Rはメチル基又は水素原子を表す。]
以下、実施例で製造された接続材料における抵抗値の評価方法について、図3(a)及び(b)に基づいて説明する。
表面にAg電極(バスバー電極3a)が形成された5インチの太陽電池セル20のAg電極上に、接続材料を、ラミネータを用いて張り合わせた。次いで、支持フィルムであるポリエチレンを接続材料から剥離するとともに、5mmに切断したタブ線(配線部材4)を5mm間隔で個片貼りし、下記圧着条件で圧着した。ただし、太陽電池セル20上のAg電極の両端部分については、15mmに切断したタブ線とした。こうして得られたサンプルについて、電流電源AK20−18A(三菱電機(株)製)及び電圧計R6552((株)アドバンテスト製)を用いて、擬似4端子法にて抵抗値測定を行った。測定は、個片貼りにしたタブ線間に図4(a)に示すような回路を組み、電流1Aを流したときの抵抗値を算出し、記録した。図4(b)は図4(a)に示す回路の等価回路を示す模式図である。
圧着条件:温度160℃、圧力2MPa、時間5秒
上記[抵抗値評価方法]で作製したサンプルについて、−40℃を下限値、100℃を上限値とする温度領域においてヒートサイクル試験を行い、ヒートサイクル試験の前後における抵抗値を測定することで、接続信頼性を評価した。ヒートサイクル試験は、下限温度及び上限温度における保持時間をそれぞれ30分、昇降温にかける時間を5分とし、800サイクル行った。
ヒートサイクル試験の前後における抵抗値の変化率が1.5以下の場合を接続信頼性がOKとし、1.5超の場合を接続信頼性がNGとした。
以下に、アクリル樹脂の合成例を示す。使用するモノマの量、モノマの種類を変更する以外は、同様な条件で合成を行った。使用する材料についての概要を、表1にまとめて示す。また、合成例1〜8で得られたアクリル樹脂の、使用するモノマの量及び種類並びに樹脂特性については、表2に示す。
1Lビーカーに、表1に示すモノマ(ア)及びメチルエチルケトン(MEK)を入れ、混合した。共重合させるモノマが十分に相溶したことを確認した後、重合開始剤(イ)としてアゾイソブチロニトリルを添加し、混合溶液を得た。
1L四つ口丸底フラスコに、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)を入れた。攪拌羽根、N2導入管、リービッヒ冷却器を四つ口丸底フラスコに設置し、加温した。1L四つ口丸底フラスコ内のMEKが80℃になったことを確認した後、上記の混合溶液を、フィードポンプを使用して一定時間一定量、3時間かけて滴下した。N2を溶液中に入れ、合成中は常時バブリングし、酸素除去を行った。攪拌回転数は300min−1とした。
その1時間後及び2時間後に、残存モノマの反応を促進させるために、重合開始剤をMEKに溶解した重合開始剤溶液を1L四つ口丸底フラスコ内に添加し、80℃に保ち2時間放置した。その後、残存する重合開始剤を失活させるために、密閉容器中で120℃に加温し1時間放置した。こうして、マザー樹脂を得た。
1L四つ口丸底フラスコにマザー樹脂を500g計り取り、攪拌羽根、N2導入管、リービッヒ冷却器を設置した。攪拌羽根の回転数を300min−1に設定し、N2で1L四つ口丸底フラスコ内をパージした。75℃に反応温度を設定して加温した。マザー樹脂の温度が75℃に到達したことを確認した後、反応触媒としてジブチル錫ラウリル(L−101)を1滴、マザー樹脂溶液中に添加した。その後、マザー樹脂中のOH基の1/2当量の付加反応可能なモノマ(ウ)を添加し、3時間75℃で放置した。赤外分光スペクトルを測定することにより、付加反応可能なモノマのイソシアネート基(2270cm−1)が消失するのを確認した。その時点で反応を終了とし、目的のアクリル樹脂を得た。得られたアクリル樹脂について、重量平均分子量を測定した。

試料濃度:200ppm
注入量:20μL
表3に示すように、(A)アクリル樹脂として上記合成例1で得られたアクリル樹脂を30質量部、(B)重合性化合物としてイソシアヌル酸EO変性アクリレート(M−313)30質量部、ジメチロールトリシクロデカンジアクリレート(DCP−A)5質量部及びBPA型エポキシジアクリレート(V−90)10質量部、(C)重合開始剤としてパーロイルL5質量部、(D)導電性粒子として平均粒径5μmのNi粒子10質量部、その他の成分としてウレタンアクリレート樹脂30質量部を混合した。この混合溶液をアプリケータで支持フィルムとしてのPETフィルム上に塗布し、70℃の乾燥機中で3分間乾燥させ、厚さ25μmのフィルム状に形成した接続材料(導電性接着フィルム)を得た。得られた接続材料について、接続信頼性評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。
合成例1で得られたアクリル樹脂の代わりに、表3に示すアクリル樹脂又はフェノキシ樹脂を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして、厚さ25μmのフィルム状に形成した接続材料を得た。得られた接続材料について、接続信頼性評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。
Claims (8)
- (A)アクリル樹脂、(B)重合性化合物及び(C)重合開始剤を含有する接続材料であって、
(A)アクリル樹脂が、(a1)トリシクロデカン骨格又はベンジル基を側鎖に有する構成単位及び(a2)エチレン性不飽和基を側鎖に有する構成単位を備える、接続材料。 - (A)アクリル樹脂が、(a3)水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートモノマに由来する構成単位を更に備える、請求項1記載の接続材料。
- (A)アクリル樹脂が、(a4)N−置換マレイミドに由来する構成単位を更に備える、請求項1又は2記載の接続材料。
- (a1)トリシクロデカン骨格又はベンジル基を側鎖に有する構成単位の含有量が、(A)アクリル樹脂を構成するモノマの全質量を基準として、5〜80質量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接続材料。
- (D)導電性粒子を更に含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接続材料。
- 電極と配線部材とを接続するための太陽電池用接続材料であって、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接続材料を含む、太陽電池用接続材料。
- 電極が主面上に形成された太陽電池セルと、
複数の太陽電池セルを電気的に接続する配線部材と、
前記電極及び前記配線部材の間に介在する接続部と、
を備え、
前記接続部が、請求項6に記載の太陽電池用接続材料の硬化物である、太陽電池モジュール。 - 太陽電池セルの主面上に形成された電極と、複数の太陽電池セルを電気的に接続する配線部材との間に、請求項6に記載の太陽電池用接続材料を介在させ、前記電極と前記配線部材とが電気的に接続されるように前記電極及び前記配線部材を加圧する工程、を備える、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
