また、本発明によれば、安定器無しにAC電源で駆動することができ、安定器の設置による問題を改善することができる。
また、本発明によれば、直管型発光装置において発光ダイオードの色温度を可変にすることで、従来の蛍光灯より落ち着いた感じを与えることができる。
また、本発明によれば、発光装置の光を感知してディミングを制御することができる。
また、本発明は、安定器無しにAC電源で駆動することができ、安定器の設置による問題を改善することができる。
また、本発明は、直管型発光装置において発光ダイオードの色温度を可変にすることで、従来の蛍光灯より落ち着いた感じを与えることができる。
また、本発明は、発光装置の光を感知してディミングを制御することができる。
Claims (15)
- 第1カバー及び第1カバーに結合された第2カバーを含み、上記第1及び第2カバーのうちの少なくとも1つは透光性であり、チューブ形状に形成されたカバーと、
前記カバーの内部に複数の発光ダイオードを有する発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールの上に複数の放熱パッドと、
前記カバーの両端に電極端子を含む複数のキャップ部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記第1カバーは、内周面及び外周面のうちの少なくとも1つに複数の放熱ピンを含む放熱カバーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1カバー及び第2カバーの両端に互いに対応するように形成される係止段及び係止突起を含み、
前記第1及び第2カバーのうちの少なくとも1つは半球形状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光装置。 - 前記係止突起の内部に前記係止段に所定の弾性を伝達する弾性バンドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2カバーの内周面に拡散シートまたは拡散剤を含む拡散部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2カバーの内部にシート挿入溝、及び前記シート挿入溝に拡散シートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記放熱パッドはシリコン材質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャップ部は外周面に前記第2カバーの両端に結合されるガイド部、及び前記ガイド部に回転ガイド溝を含み、
前記カバーの回転をガイドするために前記第1カバー及び前記第2カバーのうち、少なくとも1つの両端の外周面に形成された回転ガイド突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記発光モジュールは回路基板の下に少なくとも1列の発光ダイオードがアレイされ、前記回路基板の上に複数の放熱パッドが配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記複数の放熱パッドの上部は前記第1カバーの内周面に接触されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の発光装置。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードの光出力を制御する制御モジュールを含み、
前記発光モジュールは回路基板及び前記回路基板の下に複数の発光ダイオードアレイを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記発光ダイオードアレイはアレイ別に順方向または逆方向に並列で連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記制御モジュールは、AC電源端または安定器の電源を整流する整流部と、前記整流部により整流された電源を安定化する電圧安定化部と、前記電圧安定化部の出力電圧を用いて発光ダイオードの駆動を制御するLED制御部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 回路基板の下に発光ダイオードアレイを含む発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールの上に第1カバーと、
前記第1カバーの下に結合される透光性カバーと、
前記透光性カバーに拡散部材と、
前記発光モジュールの回路基板の上に複数の放熱パッドと、
前記第1カバー及び前記透光性カバーの両端にキャップ部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記拡散部材は、前記透光性カバーの内周面または内部に挿入された拡散シートを含み、
前記発光モジュールの回路基板はメタルコアPCBであり、
前記放熱パッドはシリコン材質であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の発光装置。
