本实用新型公开了大功率LED超节能日光管灯,包括散热灯管,散热灯管两端均设有配装接线卡头的封口,散热灯管内腔设有发光组件,发光组件包括相配装组成的散热片、遮光灯罩、大功率LED灯;遮光灯罩位于散热灯管内腔的前端;遮光灯罩后部内嵌顺序排列的至少两个大功率LED灯;散热片前端部外圈制有的外螺纹与紧固罩圈的内螺纹相配合,并压紧遮光灯罩;为增加灯体后端热传导效率以便更有效地散热,散热灯管后侧部和侧面均开有用于调节内部散热灯座上的热量的散热孔。其散热性能好、结构设计合理,能适用于大功率照明需要。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明领域,具体是涉及一种大功率LED超节能日光管灯。适用于各类灯具上安装使用,主要适用于家庭,办公等场所使用。
背景技术
LED白光照明灯与传统白炽灯和日光灯相比,具有功耗、寿命、环保等多方面的优势;同等亮度的LED灯泡功耗只有白炽灯的10%,其寿命可达10万小时,比日光灯的寿命长10倍,比白炽灯的寿命长100倍。白炽灯发光钨丝耗电大,灯泡易碎且容易触电。荧光灯虽说比白炽灯节电节能,但对人的视力不利,灯管内的汞也有害于人体和环境。LED白光照明灯最接近日光,能更好地反映照射物体的真实颜色。从技术角度看,LED白光照明灯无疑是LED系列灯中的最尖端技术。LED白光照明灯的应用市场将非常广泛,势必取代白炽钨丝灯泡及荧光灯。LED属于全固体冷光源,更小、更轻、更坚固,工作电压仅有两伏特,使用寿命长达十多年。按照通常的光效定义,LED灯的发光效率并不高,但由于LED灯的光谱几乎全部集中于可见光频段,效率可达80%-90%,同等光效的白炽灯可见光效率仅为10%-20%;单体LED灯的功率一般在0.05W-1W,通过技术处理可以满足不同需要。
申请日2003年4月29日的中国实用新型专利ZL03251409.3的《LED灯泡灯座架的改进结构》它属于一种LED灯泡灯座架的改进结构,尤其指一种可根据所需以耐温板材,如不锈钢金属等板材制成等边棱柱体的灯座架,并在每一面板顶端,均延伸弯折有一呈水平的肩部,并在每一肩部的最外缘,均形成有一配合部,以使每一肩部的配合部均可与灯头内孔壁配合,而使整个灯座架可与灯头结合一体,在该呈棱柱体灯座架的每一面板上,均设有一组轨槽,而设有数个LED的PC板两侧缘可沿该组轨槽插入,并在灯座架顶端的肩部上,设有一控制LED的控制电路板,从而使得组装更为快速简便。该技术项目不仅解决了大功率LED灯泡灯座与灯的配合,而采用了散热性能好,散热组件结构合理的设计方案,所配装的大功率LED灯泡通过技术革新,通过特制的散热片使热量转化,能够正常使用,当配装的大功率LED灯泡时,大功率LED灯泡发出的热量,通过特制的散热片转化热量,使热量能很好的散发,从而使大功率LED灯泡能够正常运转,从而解决了大功率LED灯泡的散热问题,使大功率LED灯泡能够正常的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足,提供一种散热性能好、结构设计合理,适用于大功率照明需要的大功率LED超节能日光管灯。其能配合独特的控制线路使用以达到自动调光和保持恒定亮度功能。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:大功率LED超节能日光管灯,包括散热灯管,散热灯管两端均设有配装接线卡头的封口,散热灯管内腔设有发光组件,采取的技术措施包括:发光组件包括相配装组成的散热片、遮光灯罩、大功率LED灯;遮光灯罩位于散热灯管内腔的前端;遮光灯罩后部内嵌顺序排列的至少两个大功率LED
灯;散热片前端部外圈制有的外螺纹与紧固罩圈的内螺纹相配合,并压紧遮光灯罩;为增加灯体后端热传导效率以便更有效地散热,散热灯管后侧部和侧面均开有用于调节内部散热灯座上的热量的散热孔。
具体技术措施还包括:
为增加灯体前端热传导效率以便更有效地散热,散热片为间隔排列的环状凸体或条状凸体。
为满足不同场合使用的需要,散热灯管为直管;遮光灯罩与LED灯架之间压有紧固罩圈,该紧固罩圈的内螺纹与LED灯架前端外螺纹紧压在散热片的内侧。为增加遮光效果,遮光灯罩为整体帽遮形。
散热灯管可为环形管;接线卡头为接线柱,散热片沿环形管成齿状分布。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用发光组件包括相配装组成的散热片、遮光灯罩、大功率LED灯;遮光灯罩位于散热灯管内腔的前端;遮光灯罩后部内嵌顺序排列的至少两个大功率LED灯;散热片前端部外圈制有的外螺纹与紧固罩圈的内螺纹相配合,并压紧遮光灯罩;为增加灯体后端热传导效率以便更有效地散热,散热灯管后侧部和侧面均开有用于调节内部散热灯座上的热量的散热孔。其散热性能好、结构设计合理,能适用于大功率照明需要。本实用新型具有以下特点:一是节能,造型精美,主体造型以优质塑料或玻璃铝材等材料制造;二是长寿命,平均寿命达10年;三是节能,用足一年只要几度电;四是光源有方向性、无闪烁、颜色纯正,且具有自动保护功能;市场前景可观;五是负载为容性,产生热量小、耐冲击、可靠性高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
本实用新型的结构见附图1、图2所示。
大功率LED超节能日光管灯,包括散热灯管1,散热灯管1两端均设有配装接线卡头3的封口2,封口2为塑料封口,卡头3为铜柱;在塑料封口两端安装铜柱做为电源接线柱,在使用中便于插接安装。散热灯管1内腔设有发光组件,电源可安装在灯管内,也可插接外接电源;发光组件包括相配装组成一体的散热片4、遮光灯罩5、大功率LED灯6;螺栓经遮光灯罩5穿过与灯架7螺纹连接,将遮光灯罩5与散热片4、灯架7组合为一体;遮光灯罩5位于散热灯管1内腔的前端;遮光灯罩5后部内嵌顺序排列的至少两个大功率LED灯6;散热片4前端部外圈制有的外螺纹与紧固罩圈的内螺纹相配合,并压紧遮光灯罩5;散热灯管1后侧部和侧面均开有用于调节内部散热灯座上的热量的散热孔。散热片4为间隔排列的环状凸体或条状凸体4a。
图1是本实用新型实施例一的装配结构示意简图;散热灯管1为直管;遮光灯罩5与LED灯架7之间压有紧固罩圈8,该紧固罩圈8的内螺纹与LED灯架7前端外螺纹紧压在散热片4的内侧。为增加遮光效果,遮光灯罩5为整体帽遮形。
图2是本实用新型实施例二的装配结构示意简图;散热灯管1为环形管;接线卡头3为接线柱31,散热片4沿环形管成齿状分布。
本实用新型散热性能好、结构设计合理,能适用于大功率照明需要。本实用新型具有以下特点:一是节能,造型精美,主体造型以优质塑料或玻璃铝材等材料制造;二是长寿命,平均寿命达10年;三是节能,用足一年只要几度电;四是光源有方向性、无闪烁、颜色纯正,且具有自动保护功能;市场前景可观;五是负载为容性,产生热量小、耐冲击、可靠性高。本实用新型采用光电耦合电路耦合IC电路,触发可控硅和IC电路工作,执行照明控制的综合功能。这种照明灯具可安装在各类灯具上,适合于家庭、工厂和用于人们照明办公的地方。
虽然本实用新型已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。
Claims (4)
1、大功率LED超节能日光管灯,包括散热灯管(1),所述的散热灯管(1)两端均设有配装接线卡头(3)的封口(2),所述的散热灯管(1)内腔设有发光组件,其特征是:所述的发光组件包括相配装组成一体的散热片(4)、遮光灯罩(5)、大功率LED灯(6);所述的遮光灯罩(5)位于所述的散热灯管(1)内腔的前端;所述的遮光灯罩(5)后部内嵌顺序排列的至少两个所述的大功率LED灯(6);所述的散热片(4)前端部外圈制有的外螺纹与紧固罩圈(8)的内螺纹相配合,并压紧所述的遮光灯罩(5);所述的散热灯管(1)后侧部和侧面均开有用于调节内部散热灯座上的热量的散热孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED超节能日光管灯,其特征是:所述的散热片(4)为间隔排列的环状凸体或条状凸体(4a)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的大功率LED超节能日光管灯,其特征是:所述的散热灯管(1)为直管;所述的遮光灯罩(5)与LED灯架(7)之间压有紧固罩圈(8),该紧固罩圈(8)的内螺纹与LED灯架(7)前端外螺纹紧压在所述的散热片(4)的内侧;所述的遮光灯罩(5)为整体帽遮形。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的大功率LED超节能日光管灯,其特征是:所述的散热灯管(1)为环形管;所述的接线卡头(3)为接线柱(31),所述的散热片(4)沿环形管成齿状分布。
