Abstract

Claims (6)
- 円筒形状の環状構造体と、
前記環状構造体の外側に、前記環状構造体の周方向に沿って設けられてトレッド部となるゴム層と、
ゴムで被覆された繊維を有し、前記環状構造体と前記ゴム層とを含む円筒形状の構造体の幅方向両側に少なくとも設けられるカーカス部と、
前記環状構造体の幅方向両側から、前記トレッド部の幅方向外側における接地端よりも幅方向外側に延在し、かつ前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって幅方向両側にそれぞれ複数設けられる延在部と、
を含むこと特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記延在部は、子午断面において前記カーカス部の一部に沿って配置される請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記空気入りタイヤは、径方向内側かつホイールのリムに取り付けられる部分に一対のビードワイヤと、前記ビード部の径方向外側に配置されるビードフィラーと、を含む一対のビード部を有し、
前記延在部は、前記ビードワイヤの幅方向外側で折り返して前記ビードフィラーの幅方向内側まで延在している請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記延在部は、前記環状構造体と接する位置における周方向の寸法は、前記環状構造体の周方向における寸法を800分割した値以上30分割した値以下である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は前記ゴム層に埋設されており、前記ゴム層の径方向外側における表面に露出しない請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム層の外側と、前記環状構造体の外側とは、前記ゴム層の溝の部分を除き、前記中心軸と平行である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
