Abstract
【解決手段】電動二輪車1の後輪WRを軸支すると共に車体に揺動自在に取り付けられるスイングアーム30の内部に、バッテリ、後輪WRを駆動する電動モータMおよび該電動モータMを制御する制御装置としての基板50を内装する。スロットルグリップとスロットル開度センサ60との間が物理的な伝達手段62で連結されることにより、スロットルグリップの回動確度を検知できるように構成し、スロットル開度センサ60を基板50に取り付ける。基板50は、平面部を車幅方向に指向させて配置する。スロットル開度センサ60を、センサ軸の回動角度を検知すると共に、センサ軸が車幅方向に指向するように基板50の車幅方向外側の面に取り付ける。

Claims (6)
- 電動二輪車(1)の操向ハンドル(8)に取り付けられて乗員が操作するスロットルグリップ(80)の開度をスロットル開度センサ(60)によって検知するスロットル開度検知装置において、
前記電動二輪車(1)の後輪(WR)を軸支すると共に車体に揺動自在に取り付けられるスイングアーム(30)の内部に、バッテリ(56)、後輪(WR)を駆動する電動モータ(M)および該電動モータ(M)を制御する制御装置としての基板(50)が内装されており、
前記スロットルグリップ(80)と前記スロットル開度センサ(60)との間が物理的な伝達手段(62,85,86)で連結されることにより、前記スロットルグリップ(80)の回動確度を検知できるように構成されており、
前記スロットル開度センサ(60)が、前記基板(50)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。 - 前記基板(50)は、車幅方向に平面部を指向して配置されており、
前記スロットル開度センサ(60)は、センサ軸(65)の回動角度を検知する構成を有すると共に、前記センサ軸(65)が車幅方向に指向するように前記基板(50)の車幅方向外側の面に取り付けられており、
前記伝達手段(62,85,86)は、前記センサ軸(65)に固定されたプーリ(61)に係合されるインナワイヤ(62a,85a,86a)を有するスロットルケーブルであり、
前記プーリ(61)は、スロットル開度センサ(60)の車幅方向外側に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)は、前記後輪(WR)を単一のアーム部(39)で軸支する片持ち式であり、
前記基板(50)は、車幅方向両側のうちの前記アーム部(39)側の端部に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。 - 前記基板(50)は、発熱量の小さい制御素子が実装される制御基板(50a)と、発熱量の大きい発熱素子が実装される発熱素子基板(50b)とを含み、
前記制御基板(50a)の車体後方側に前記発熱素子基板(50b)が配設され、
前記スロットル開度センサ(60)は、前記制御基板(50a)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)の車幅方向外側の一面には、少なくとも前記基板(50)を覆うスイングアームカバー(58)が取り付けられており、
前記スイングアームカバー(58)に設けられた貫通孔に、前記伝達手段(62)を支持する支持部材(63)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。 - 前記制御基板(50a)は、バッテリ(56)の車幅方向側端部で、前記スイングアーム(30)の揺動軸(19)の貫通孔(19a)に近接配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動二輪車のスロットル開度検知装置。
