Claims (10)
- 動力源(24);
動力源の出力部(30)に結合されたCVT(26);および
動力源およびCVTと通信する制御装置(48)
を含み、制御装置が、複数の速度モードを備えるマップ(58)を含み、および制御装置が、複数の速度モードの少なくとも1つに対して、CVT出力回転数または対地速度の少なくとも一方に基づいて、実際の動力源の回転数を変更するように構成されている、パワートレーン制御システム(21)。 - マップが、複数の速度モードのそれぞれに対する動力源の回転数限界値を含む、請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 複数の速度モードの少なくとも1つが高速モード(64)を含み、かつ動力源の回転数限界値が、高速モードでは対地速度に応じて増大する、請求項2に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 制御装置が高速モードを実行するときにのみ、制御装置が、CVT出力回転数に基づいて実際の動力源の回転数を変更するように構成される、請求項3に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 制御装置が高速モードを実行するときに、CVTの出力トルクを制御するように構成された操作者入力装置(22)をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 複数の速度モードが低速モード(60)および中速モード(62)を含み、かつ制御装置が低速モードおよび中速モードの一方を実行するとき、制御装置により、実際の動力源の回転数の調整が可能になる、請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 操作者入力装置をさらに含み、制御装置が、機械の加速または操作者入力装置の作動の程度の少なくとも一方に依存して、中速モードから高速モードへ切り替わるように構成されている、請求項6に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- CVTがさらに、油圧式トランスミッション(28)と並行して動作される機械式トランスミッション(27)を含み、かつ機械式トランスミッションが複数の別個のギヤ比を含み、複数の別個のギヤ比のそれぞれが複数の速度モードの1つに関連する、請求項1に記載のパワートレーン制御システム。
- 回転出力を生成すること;
回転出力を、CVT(26)を駆動するように導くこと;
CVT出力回転数を測定すること;
測定したCVT出力回転数に基づいて回転出力の実際の回転数を変更すること
を含み、実際の回転数の変更が、複数の速度モードの少なくとも1つを実行するときに発生する、機械の制御方法。 - 測定されたCVT出力回転数に基づいて回転出力の最大回転数を制限することをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
