Description
Claims (13)
- 長手方向に延びる少なくとも移動止め部(5)、歯付きラック部あるいは矩形波形状部を備えている、互いに連結可能な、あるいは差込み可能な少なくとも2つ以上の形材要素(1)から成る複数の部分で構成されたレール状形材において、
−各形材要素(1)の壁部に延在している、一定の間隔をおいて設けられた要素(13)を有する配列要素(11)を少なくとも備えており、前記配列要素が前記移動止め部あるいは歯付きラック部と連結されていること、および
−前記形材要素の前記壁部に当接するように設けられた別の壁部(23)を有する連結要素(21)を備えており、前記別の壁部(23)が、長手方向に延びかつ前記配列要素(11)と完全に同一形状の別の配列要素(25)を有しており、前記別の配列要素(25)の要素(27)が対応するように間隔をおいて設けられていることを特徴とする複数の部分で構成されたレール状形材。 - 前記配列要素(11)および前記別の配列要素(25)が孔配列部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形材。
- 前記配列部の前記孔等の前記配列要素、および前記別の孔配列部等の前記別の要素が、前記移動止め部の孔の、前記歯付きラック部の個々の歯の、または前記矩形波形状部の要素の、あるいはそれらの複数のものの間隔と同一の間隔で設けられており、好ましくは、前記移動止め部または前記歯付きラック部または前記矩形波形状部に整列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形材。
- 前記連結要素において、前記形材の前記孔配列部の前記孔と前記別の孔配列部の孔とを連結するための連結機構(29)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の形材。
- 前記連結機構がリベット、ボルト、差込みピン等であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の形材。
- 前記レール状形材要素が、U字状、H字状、T字状、V字状、L字状、O字状の、または異なって適切に形成された断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の形材。
- 前記連結要素の断面は、前記レール状形材要素への挿入または押し込みが可能になるようなものであり、その結果、前記配列部の前記個々の要素が対応して設けられるように、前記形材の前記配列要素を有する前記壁部と、前記別の配列要素を有する前記別の壁部とが互いにまたは交互に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の形材。
- 前記連結要素を前記形材要素のU字溝に左右対称に挿入または嵌合することができるように、前記レール状形材要素の前記断面がU字状であり、前記連結要素の前記断面が左右対称にU字状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の形材。
- 前記形材要素も、前記連結要素も押出成形鋼または押出成形アルミニウムから成り、好ましくは、全ての要素が同一の材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の形材。
- エレベータ用の、救助装置、搬送装置用等の車両、昇降機を案内または駆動するための請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複数の部分で構成されたレール状形材の連結。
- 特に、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複数の部分で構成されたレール状形材の互いに連結可能な、あるいは差込み可能な2つの形材要素(1)を連結するのに適切な連結要素において、前記連結要素(21)が、前記レール状形材を家の壁部、高圧塔、ロープウェイの塔等のような基部に固定配置するための取付部(39)を備えることを特徴とする連結要素。
- 前記取付部が縦溝(39)によって形成され、前記縦溝(39)が、それぞれ側方に突出しかつ前記基部の方向から後方に係合することができる縦歯面(40)の間に形成されており、前記縦溝において、前記レール状形材を基部にまたは前記基部上に固定するために、前記縦歯面が少なくとも1つの取付要素(41)を後方に係合して固定配置することができることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の連結要素。
- 複数の部分で構成されたレール状形材の少なくとも2つの形材要素を連結するための方法において、前記複数の部分で構成された形材の前記形材要素(1’、1”)では、孔配列部等の配列要素が長手方向にそれぞれ形成されていること、および2つの形材要素の間には、別の孔配列部等の長手方向に形成された別の配列要素も備える連結要素が挿入されるかまたは取り付けられ、前記別の配列要素の孔等の個々の要素が、前記形材要素の前記配列部の孔等の個々の要素と完全に同一形状であるかまたは同一の間隔で設けられていること、および最終的に、前記形材要素(1’、1”)の間で前記連結要素の孔等の要素が見えなくなるように、リベット、ボルト連結部、プラグ、引張りピン等によって、前記両方の形材要素と前記連結要素とが連結されることを特徴とする方法。
