Abstract

Description
チューブ支持面42を、チューブおよびイジェクタホルダ本体12の交点に隣接して、イジェクタホルダ本体12に設けることができる。チューブ支持面42は、チューブの内径にはまり込むことができ、チューブの内表面に隣接して納まることができる。チューブ支持面42を、イジェクタホルダ本体12をチューブに整列させるために使用することができる。チューブ支持面を、チューブの内表面にぴったりと一致するように精密に研磨することができる。ぴったりとした公差でのはまり合いにより、イジェクタ穿孔システムにつきものの軸の振れの最大差(total indicator run−out)を小さくし、穴の直線性を高めることができる。
Claims (18)
- 内径とねじ山とを有している筒状の軸部のための穿孔ヘッドであって、
前記穿孔ヘッドが、
軸状の本体と、
インサートと、
からなり、
前記軸状の本体が、
第1の端部を通って出るダクトと、
前記第1の端部に隣接して位置し、前記軸部のねじ山に一致しており、前記ダクトを前記軸部の内径に整列させるねじ山と、
前記本体の外表面から前記ダクトまでのボアと、
第2の端部に隣接して位置し、互いにほぼ平行に軸方向に延びかつ互いにずらされている2つの表面とから構成され、
前記インサートは、前記ずらされた表面の間に取り付けられ、
前記インサートが、
前記ずらされた表面の一方に少なくとも部分的に接する第1の面、および前記ずらされた表面の他方に少なくとも部分的に接する第2の面と、
前記第1の面、前記第2の面、または両方に隣接して位置する1つ以上の刃先と、
1つ以上の刃先に隣接して位置する切削リップと、
から構成されたことを特徴とする穿孔ヘッド。 - 前記本体が、前記本体の外表面の少なくとも一部分に設けた被覆をさらに備えている請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。

- 前記インサートが、1つ以上の刃先に隣接して位置する1つ以上の切削ウェブをさらに備えている請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。
- 前記ねじ山が、前記本体の外表面の雄ねじである請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。
- 前記ねじ山が、前記ダクトに隣接した雌ねじである請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。
- 前記ねじ山が、多条の固定ねじである請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。
- 前記第1の面および前記第2の面に隣接した少なくとも2つの刃先をさらに備えている請求項1に記載の穿孔ヘッド。
