【解決手段】主結晶相としての高温石英混晶を有し、2.5g・cm-3未満の密度ρを有し、酸化物ベースの重量%で3〜4.5Li2O、18〜24Al2O3、55〜70SiO2、0.1〜<2.3TiO2、0.1〜<1.8ZrO2、0.2〜4ΣTiO2+ZrO2、0〜1.5BaO、1〜6ΣMgO+ZnO、>4〜10B2O3、0〜<1ΣNa2O+K2O、0〜1.5通常の清澄剤(SnO2、As2O3、Sb2O3、CeO2)を含むLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系の低い密度を有する透明なガラスセラミック。

- レンジ上面、煙突用視界窓またはオーブンの視界窓、半導体基板、ガラスコンポーネント、耐火性ガラス、高温用途のための視界窓、あるいは、破壊、射撃作用または圧力波作用に対し保護するための耐衝撃性の硬いガラス系のための、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のセラミックの使用。
