本発明による方法は、以下、1つの好ましい実施態様に関連して詳細に記載され、この場合第1の相は、酸性ガスを含有する流体の流れであり、第2の相は、少なくとも1つの有機塩基および/または無機塩基の水溶液を含有する吸収剤である。本発明は、このような方法に制限されていない。
a)流体の流れを、少なくとも1つのアミンの水溶液を含む吸収剤と接触させて吸収装置中の第1の吸収帯域に導通させ、その際、酸性ガスの主要量は除去され、流体の流れを吸収装置中の第2の吸収帯域に導通させ、その際、酸性ガスの他の量は除去され、

次に記載されたい実施例は、流体の流れからのCO2の除去のシミュレートされた実施形式である。実施例は、シミュレーションソフトウェアで算定される。このシミュレーション法の基礎は、N. Asprion, Nonequilibrium Rate-Based Simulation of Reactive Systems: Simulation Model, Heat Transfer,およびInfluence of Film Discretization, Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., 2006, 45 (6), 第2054-2069頁, 2006に記載されている。

Claims (15)
- 完全には互いに混合不可能な二相の接点が物質移動および/または化学反応に基づく熱発生を随伴している、前記二相を、第1の相を接触装置の下部中に導入し、第2の相を接触装置の上部中に導入し、かつ接触装置中の第1の相に向かって導くことにより、接触させる方法であって、この場合、処理された第1の相および消費された第2の相が得られ、消費された第2の相の一部分を前記上部と前記下部との間に存在する少なくとも1つの個所で接触装置中に返送することを特徴とする、前記二相の接触方法。
- 返送され消費された第2の相の質量の流れと第2の相の質量の流れとの比は、0.1〜3.0である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 返送され消費された第2の相の添加場所と第1の相の導入場所との高さの差は、第2の相の添加場所と第1の相の導入場所との高さの差の20〜80%である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 返送され消費された第2の相は、接触装置中への導入までに冷却される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 次の方程式:
