Abstract
キャビン内の空気が使用されるときに生じるノイズの発生、および、燃焼している間に発生する炎と有毒ガスの逆流が防止される。さらに、バッテリーパックは、コンパクトな構造で構成される。
Description
Claims (10)
- 乗物バッテリーパックのための冷却システムにおいて、
バッテリーパックを冷却するための空気が乗物の外側および/または内側から導かれる流入部に設けられた二重フィルタ装置を含み、
前記二重フィルタは、
高い頻度で交換される比較的大きな空気孔を有するプレフィルタと、
低い頻度で交換される比較的小さな空気孔を有する中間フィルタと、を備え、
前記プレフィルタは、空気が導かれる方向で、中間フィルタの前に配置されている、冷却システム。 - 空気内に含まれる金属埃が前記フィルタによって効率的に収集されることができるように、磁力が該フィルタに及ぼされる請求項1による冷却システム。
- 前記フィルタは、部分的または全体的に、誘電体からなる請求項2による冷却システム。
- 乗物のキャビンから分離されたバッテリーパックの周りの領域で乗物の内側に存在する空気が、パイプ形状の吸気ダクトを通過することなく貫通型吸気ポートを介してバッテリーパック内に直接導かれ、バッテリーパックを通過して加熱された空気が、バッテリーパックの周りの領域へと再循環される空気である可能性が低い乗物の内部空間に連結された排気ダクトを介して排出されるように構成され、
前記二重フィルタ装置が、吸気ポートの前方または後方に設けられている、請求項1による冷却システム。 - バッテリーパックの外面を囲むための閉鎖型ハウジングを備え、
前記バッテリーパックは、
素電池と、
前記ハウジング内の前記素電池に対応する領域に形成され、前記二重フィルタ装置が前方または後方に設けられた複数の吸気ポートと、
前記吸気ポートに対向する領域で前記ハウジングに連結された排気ダクトと、
前記排気ダクトに設けられた冷却ファンと、
を含む、請求項4による冷却システム。 - 前記バッテリーパックは乗物の後方に配置されたトランク内に設けられている、請求項4による冷却システム。
- 前記排気ダクトが連結された前記乗物の前記内部空間は、前記乗物の内側パネルと外側パネルとの間の空間からなる、請求項4による冷却システム。
- 吸気ポートの各々は、バッテリーパックのプレート形状の素電池の各々に対応したスリット形状で構成され、
前記吸気ポートは、各素電池に対応して配置されている、請求項5による冷却システム。 - 各吸気ポートの上方部は、異物の流入が防止されるよう、スカート構造で構成された、請求項5による冷却システム。
- 前記プレフィルタと前記中間フィルタは、吸気ポートの後方に連続して設けられ、
前記プレフィルタと前記中間フィルタは、互いに堅固に連結されている、請求項5による冷却システム。
