Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による方法は、後方照明された分析マイクロチューブのカラー写真を取込み、かつ写真の画像のカラー情報を使用して画像の関係領域を識別し、他の可能アーチファクトの結果を解釈し、かつ異常試料および/またはカラー特性の反応変化により特徴付けられる反応を検出することを含む。

Description
後方照明された分析マイクロチューブのカラー写真を撮り、かつ
写真の画像のカラー情報を使用して画像の関係領域を識別し、他の可能アーチファクトの結果を解釈し、かつ異常試料および/またはカラー特性の反応における変化により特徴付けられる反応を検出する、ことを特徴とする。
i)使用前にマイクロチューブをチエックかつ評価する、例えばゲル内容または他の特性特徴について。
ii)結果を解釈する。特に、血液試料の分析において、
−溶血の結果、
−脂肪血の評価、
−凝固の結果、
−ゲル/浮遊液の変化、または
−その他、
を決定することにより結果を解釈し、
iii)異常試料を、特にカラー強度(カラー明度)、および浮遊液中の光の分散について、検出する。

Claims (7)
- 血液試料の分析のためにマイクロチューブを読取る方法であって、
後方照明された分析マイクロチューブのカラー写真を撮り、かつ
写真の画像のカラー情報を使用して画像の関係領域を識別し、他の可能アーチファクトの結果を解釈し、かつ異常試料および/またはカラー特性の反応における変化により特徴付けられる反応を検出する、ことを特徴とする血液試料の分析のためにマイクロチューブを読取る方法。 - 反応におけるレベル、光吸収、カラー、および分析マイクロチューブにおける反応画像の形態分布を評価するために、背景グリッドの存在において、前記画像を目視によりまたは自動的に評価する、請求項1の血液試料の分析のためにマイクロチューブを読取る方法。
- 前記マイクロチューブの初期特徴を評価して、好適には垂直の背景グリッドが出現/消失する程度を評価することにより、不純物、泡および他のアーチファクトの存在しないこと、かつレベルが試料を受ける前に正確であることを確認する、請求項2の血液試料の分析のためにマイクロチューブを読取る方法。
- 前記反応の濁度を、好適には水平のグリッドが出現/消失する程度を使用して評価する、請求項2の血液試料の分析のためにマイクロチューブを読取る方法。
- サポート内に取付けたカードに分析マイクロチューブのカラー画像を取込むためのカメラを有し、かつ後方照明手段および中間グリッドを照明源と前記マイクロチューブ間に有する、ことを特徴とする血液試料の分析用マイクロチューブリーダー装置。
- 前記照明源と前記マイクロチューブ間の中間グリッドのパターンは、そのパターン、マイクロチューブ、カメラ、または他の同様手段を移動させることにより前記画像の関係領域内に存在してもまたは存在しなくてよい、請求項5の血液試料の分析用マイクロチューブリーダー装置。
- 前記カメラを支持する組立体、および前記グリッドおよびマイクロチューブのサポートは、試料の自動分析用装置または分離した読取り装置にユニットとして取付けることのできる組立体を形成する、請求項5の血液試料の分析用マイクロチューブリーダー装置。
