Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic.
Hair damage has become serious due to coloring and perming agents, and the feeling of moistness is reduced and worries such as broken hairs and split ends are increasing. So far, for damaged hair, a cationic surfactant to give the rinsing feel of the treatment and a moist feeling of the finish, various silicones for repairing the damaged hair surface, and a lot of to give a moist feeling. A monohydric alcohol has been used (see, for example, Patent Document 1: International Publication No. 2004/058198 pamphlet). For the moist feeling that is particularly troublesome, the blending of polyethylene glycol as a polyhydric alcohol is useful. However, when blending polyethylene glycol at 50% by mass or more, there is a problem that the stability of the preparation is significantly reduced (for example, Patent Document 2: JP, 2001-181156, A). In addition, polyhydric alcohol is not effective for troubles such as broken hairs and split ends, and silicone derivatives such as amino-modified silicone (see, for example, Patent Document 3: JP-A-5-238920) and protein hydrolysis. Although things (for example, patent document 4: Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2007-1953) etc. have been used, it was not enough.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a hair cosmetic that exhibits an effect on hair troubles such as broken hairs and split ends while giving a moist feeling of the finish, and further has good storage stability. With the goal.
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor has (A) a silicone-modified clay mineral prepared beforehand with silicone and a clay mineral, and (B) a polyethylene glycol 50-98 having a weight average molecular weight of 200-600. When used in combination with a hair cosmetic composition containing (C) a cationic surfactant, it generates heat when used on the hair and suppresses cuts and split ends while giving a moist feeling to the finish. Furthermore, it was found that storage stability was good despite the blending of 50% by mass or more of polyethylene glycol, and the present invention was achieved.

Therefore, the present invention
[1]. (A) a hair-modified cosmetic containing a silicone-modified clay mineral, (B) 50 to 98% by weight of polyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 200 to 600, and (C) a cationic surfactant,
[2]. Furthermore, (D) the hair cosmetic composition according to [1], which contains a polyether-modified silicone,
[3]. Furthermore, (E) the hair cosmetic composition according to [1] or [2], which contains an alcohol having 14 to 32 carbon atoms,
[4]. The hair cosmetic composition according to [3], wherein the mass ratio represented by (A) / [(C) + (E)] is 0.1 to 2.0.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a hair cosmetic that suppresses cut hairs and split ends while giving a moist feeling to the finish, and further has good storage stability.
(A) Silicone-modified clay mineral The silicone-modified clay mineral is a layer in which a silicone compound is supported between layers of a layered clay mineral, and can be used alone or in combination of two or more. The silicone-modified clay mineral can be prepared by previously mixing only an unmodified layered clay mineral and silicone. The mixing temperature and mixing time are not particularly limited, and it is good to mix at 5 to 80 ° C. for 1 to 3 hours. When the layered clay mineral and silicone are not mixed in advance, but separately mixed with the above components (B) and (C), the silicone floats upward as oil droplets, and the layered clay mineral swells in polyethylene glycol And cannot be formed in the form of a mineral to form a silicone-modified clay mineral.
The clay mineral is preferably natural or synthetic smectite clay, particularly non-organically modified non-organically modified smectite clay, and examples include bentonite, montmorillonite, hydelite, nontronite, saponite, hectorite, sauconite, stevensite, and the like. Swellable mica can also be used. A clay mineral can be used individually by 1 type or in combination of 2 or more types. Among these, bentonite, montmorillonite, and saponite are preferable. Non-swelling contaminants such as calcite, tridymite, cristobalite, quartz, and various inorganic substances are included in clay minerals, especially those collected from nature. In some cases, the effects of the clay mineral cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and thus the purity of the clay mineral is preferably 90% by mass or more, and particularly preferably 95% by mass or more.
Examples of the silicone compound include dimethylpolysiloxane, polyether-modified silicone, methylphenylpolysiloxane, amino-modified silicone, fatty acid-modified silicone, alcohol-modified silicone, aliphatic alcohol-modified silicone, fluorine-modified silicone, cyclic silicone, and alkyl-modified silicone. It is done. These silicone compounds can be used singly or in appropriate combination of two or more. Among these, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylsiloxane, and amino-modified silicone are preferable, and dimethylpolysiloxane is more preferable.
The viscosity of the silicone compound is not particularly limited, but the viscosity at a temperature of 25 ° C. is usually 200 to 500,000 mm 2 / s, preferably 1,000 to 100,000 mm 2 / s, more preferably The thing of 2,000-50,000mm < 2 > / s is used suitably. The viscosity of the silicone compound is less than 200 mm 2 / s, there is a fear that uniform silicone-modified clay mineral becomes massive at the time of mixing can not be obtained with the layered clay mineral, the handling becomes poor when it exceeds 500,000 2 / s, It may be difficult to uniformly mix the layered clay mineral and silicone.
ηsp=〔η〕+K’〔η〕2 K’:Hugginsの定数 (2)
〔η〕=0.215×10-4M0.65 M:分子量 (3)
logη=1.00+0.0123M0.5 (4)
The viscosity is a method measured in accordance with the quasi-drug raw material standard 2006 (Pharmaceutical Daily) General Test Method Viscosity Measurement Method 1 (p85). / 100 mL concentration of a silicone toluene solution is prepared, and the specific viscosity ηsp (25 ° C.) is obtained by the following formula (1). Next, the intrinsic viscosity [η] is obtained by substituting into the Huggins relational expression shown in the following formula (2). As the Huggins constant, the one described in Nakamuta, Nikka, 77 588 [1956] is used. Next, [η] is represented by the following formula (3). Substituting it into the Kololov equation, the molecular weight M is determined. Lastly, M is defined as A. shown in the following formula (4). J. et al. Substituting into the Barry equation, the viscosity η of the silicone compound is determined.
ηsp = (η / η0) −1 where η0 = toluene viscosity, η = solution viscosity (1)
.eta.sp = [η] + K '[η] 2 K': Huggins constant (2)
[Η] = 0.215 × 10 −4 M 0.65 M: molecular weight (3)
log η = 1.00 + 0.0123 M 0.5 (4)
The above η0 and η are measured in accordance with the Quasi-Drug Raw Material Standard 2006 General Test Method Viscosity Measurement Method 1 Method.
The ratio of the layered clay mineral and the silicone compound is preferably 1: 2 to 1:10, more preferably 1: 4 to 1: 6, by mass ratio. If the mass ratio of the silicone compound to the layered clay mineral 1 is less than 2, the silicone-modified clay mineral tends to settle and the stability may be lowered. If it exceeds 10, the silicone-modified clay mineral creams upward and is stable. May get worse.
Silicone-modified clay minerals are in a state where the layer spacing of the water-swellable clay mineral is expanded by the silicone compound entering between the layers of the layered clay mineral, so the silicone compound is supported by measuring the long-plane spacing by X-ray diffraction. It can be confirmed that the silicone-modified clay mineral was formed.
As for the compounding quantity in the hair cosmetics of (A) component, 1-20 mass% is preferable, More preferably, it is 2-10 mass%. If it is less than 1% by mass, the effect of suppressing split ends and cut hairs may be insufficient, and if it exceeds 20% by mass, there may be a problem in the feel of the hair such as scouring.
(B) Polyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 200 to 600 By blending the component (B), the moist feeling of the finish is improved, and heat is generated due to heat of hydration during use, and the mineral of component (A) penetrates into the hair. Can be promoted. Polyethylene glycol is not particularly limited as long as it has a weight average molecular weight of 200 to 600, and can be used alone or in combination of two or more. Specific examples include polyethylene glycol 200 (weight average molecular weight 200), polyethylene glycol 300 (weight average molecular weight 300), polyethylene glycol 400 (weight average molecular weight 400), and polyethylene glycol 600 (weight average molecular weight 600). Among these, polyethylene glycol 300 is preferable. If the weight average molecular weight is less than 200, the skin is irritated, and if it exceeds 600, the feeling of use becomes worse. For the measurement of the weight average molecular weight, the test method (p1378) of polyethylene glycol 200 listed in the Quasi-drug Raw Material Standard 2006 is applied mutatis mutandis.
The blending amount of the component (B) in the hair cosmetic is 50 to 98% by mass, preferably 70 to 97% by mass, and more preferably 85 to 96% by mass. As the amount is increased, the heat generated by the heat of hydration during use promotes the penetration of the mineral of component (A), and the effect of suppressing cut hair and split ends is improved. The improvement of the suppression effect is not sufficient.
The mineral refers to zinc, potassium, calcium, iron, copper, sodium, magnesium, manganese, iodine and the like. The mineral amount in the hair can be measured using an Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) method (such as SPS1500VR manufactured by Seiko Denshi Kogyo Co., Ltd.). In the pretreatment, about 0.05 g of hair is cut finely, taken into a porcelain evaporating dish, 4 mL of nitric acid and 1 mL of perchloric acid are added, decomposed at 120 ° C. for about 4 hours, and nitric acid is evaporated. Add water to the liquid remaining after evaporation and make up to 20 mL. The mineral concentration of the solution obtained as described above is measured by the ICP method.
(C) Cationic surfactant Examples of the cationic surfactant include linear alkyl quaternary ammonium salts having 14 to 24 carbon atoms, linear alkoxypropyldimethylamine having 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and the like. Or two or more can be used in appropriate combination. Preferable examples of the linear alkyl quaternary ammonium salt having 14 to 24 carbon atoms include cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, aralkyltrimethylammonium chloride and behenyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, chloride Particularly preferred is behenyltrimethylammonium. Further, preferred examples of the straight-chain alkoxypropyldimethylamine having 16 to 22 carbon atoms include cetyloxypropyldimethylamine, stearoxypropyldimethylamine, aralkyloxypropyldimethylamine, and behenyloxypropyldimethylamine. Propyldimethylamine is particularly preferred.
(C) 0.1-10 mass% is preferable, and, as for the compounding quantity in the hair cosmetics of component, More preferably, it is 0.5-5 mass%, More preferably, it is 1-3 mass%. If it is less than 0.1%, the smoothness when rinsing the hair and the smoothness after drying may be insufficient, and if it exceeds 10% by mass, the finish feeling such as stickiness of the hair after drying may be deteriorated. is there.
(D) Polyether-modified silicone In the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, in addition to the case where it is contained in (A) silicone-modified clay mineral, a polyether-modified silicone is added separately from the viewpoint of further improving storage stability. Is preferred. The polyether-modified silicone can be used alone or in combination of two or more. (D) The polyether-modified silicone is an organic polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer having at least a polysiloxane moiety and a polyoxyalkylene moiety in the molecule. Here, the polysiloxane moiety and the polyoxyalkylene moiety may be alternately and repeatedly bonded in the molecule, or the polyoxyalkylene moiety may be bonded as a pendant to the polysiloxane moiety.
HLB=(E+P)/5
The HLB of the polyether-modified silicone is preferably 3-20, more preferably 5-15. In particular, it is more preferable to combine HLB 5-8 and HLB 10-15 in terms of improving stability. The HLB value of the present invention is based on the Griffin method, and is a value calculated by the following formula (WC Griffin, Surface Active Agent, Atlas Powder Co.).
HLB = (E + P) / 5
(In the formula, E represents mass% of polyoxyethylene groups in one molecule, and P represents mass% of polyol in one molecule.)
