Abstract
Description
Fe3++ H3AsO4 + H2O → FeAsO4・2H2O(固体) + 3 H+ (1)
化学式に示されるように、砒素の沈殿は溶液中に酸を生成するので中和する必要がある。中和剤は石灰石または石灰が好ましい。先行技術の項で述べたように、Fe(III)/As(V)モル比は第1沈殿段においておおよそ1〜1.1、pH値は1〜2の間、温度は85〜135℃の範囲内とすべきである。適当な鉄/砒素比は砒素の分析および溶液流の比率調整によって調節される。沈殿段では、フローチャート中には一つの反応槽しか示されていないが、沈殿は複数の連続した攪拌反応槽で生じ、生成されたスコロダイト結晶はアンダーフローとして、この段の最後から、特に濃縮工程の後、第1反応槽に循環されて、反応の進行を確実にする。
銅精錬所からのダストを、硫酸を含有する溶液中に浸出させて、溶液の銅濃度が20g/l、鉄濃度が4g/l、砒素濃度が15g/l、硫酸濃度が30g/lとなっている。溶液は液-液銅抽出にまわされ、その後の水溶液ラフィネートの濃度はCu 0.4g/l、 Fe 4g/l、 As 15g/l、そして硫酸 60g/lである。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも一種類の有価金属および砒素を含有する物質を処理して有価金属を減損させたスコロダイトの沈殿物および純粋な水溶液を生成して処理から排出する方法であって、前記有価金属および砒素を含有する物質の希酸溶液が生成され、それによって少なくとも一種類の有価金属が最初に該溶液から液-液抽出および/または沈殿によって取り除かれ、その後有価金属を減損させた溶液は二段階で行われる砒素除去にまわされ、そこで第1段にて砒素が保管に適したスコロダイトFeAsO4・2H2Oとして沈殿し、そして沈殿段を出る前記溶液は第2沈殿段にまわされ、そこで残余の砒素は非晶質砒酸鉄FeAsO4として沈殿し、該非晶質砒酸鉄は第1沈殿段に循環され、第2沈殿段を出る水溶液の砒素濃度がおおよそ0.01〜0.2mg/lであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、処理される物質が非鉄金属の乾式精錬製造において生成される飛灰であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、処理される物質が非鉄金属の乾式精錬製造において生成されるカルサインであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、有価金属および砒素を含有する物質の浸出に用いられる希酸の少なくとも一部は、砒素含有ガスの処理において生成された砒素を含む希酸であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記硫酸の濃度は10〜200g/lであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記有価金属は銅であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、液-液抽出後、残余の有価金属が、前記有価金属を減損させた水溶液すなわちラフィネートから硫化物沈殿によって回収されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、砒素第1沈殿段におけるFe/Asモル比はおよそ1〜1.1に調節されることと、酸化剤を第1段に送って砒素を5価に、また鉄を3価に酸化させ、この段のpH値を調節して1〜2の範囲にし、温度を85〜135℃の間に調節して砒素をスコロダイトとして沈殿させることとを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、Fe/Asのモル比は砒素分析および/または溶液流の比を調節することによって調節されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、第1沈殿段のpH調節は石灰石または石灰を用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、第1沈殿段濃縮工程におけるアンダーフローは該沈殿段の初期に循環されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法において、第1段濃縮工程からのオーバーフローが第2沈殿段に送られ、第2沈殿段ではFe/Asモル比を3超に、pH値を4〜7の間に、そして温度を40〜60℃の間に調節して砒素を非晶質砒酸鉄として沈殿させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、Fe/Asモル比は2価および/または3価の鉄を前記沈殿段に加えることによって調節されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記pHの調節は、石灰を用いて行われることを特徴とする方法。
