Abstract
Description
図1に非常に概略的に示された工作機械は、機械フレーム1を備えており、その上側に第1キャリッジ2が配されている。当該キャリッジ2はデカルト座標系のX方向に駆動可能である。当該キャリッジ2の変位は、互いに平行に延在する2つの直線移動ガイドによって実行される。これら直線移動ガイドでは、複数のキャリッジローラ3,4が直線変位レール5に配されている。これらレール5の一つだけが図面に現れている。回転体がキャリッジローラ3,4における循環経路において循環する直線移動ガイドは、多くのケースにおいて以前から知られている。本例では、キャリッジローラ3,4が機械フレーム1の固定位置に取り付けられる一方、レール5が可動キャリッジ2に付属させられている。

Claims (14)
- 回転駆動されるカッティング加工工具を据え付けるための工具ホルダを備え、工作物を2つのクランプ点の間に挟持し得る工作物マウントを有する、工作物を回転切削するための工作機械にして、当該工作機械は、工作物を機械加工する際に工作物に対する加工工具の相対運動として加工供給運動を生じるために個別に又は互いに組み合わさって設けられている複数の従動変位軸を有し、上記工具ホルダは上記従動変位軸の少なくとも1つの直線変位軸を備え、上記工作物マウントは物理的に互いに分かれた少なくとも2つのキャリッジ(27,28)を備え、これらの各々に上記クランプ点の一方が配され、工作物マウントの2つのキャリッジ(27,28)が少なくとも1つの従動直線変位軸に沿って共同で駆動可能になっている、工作機械において、
上記工作物マウントの2つのキャリッジ(27,28)の少なくとも一方が、加工供給運動を実行するために第2の直線変位軸を備えていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 上記工作物マウントが、両方のクランプ軸を通って延在する回転軸回りに工作物の従動供給回転運動を実行するための回転軸を備える円形ステーションとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 2つのクランプ点が各々、工作物の回転運動を生成するためのドライブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 2つのキャリッジが、変位軸の1つの直線移動ガイドの同じレール上で駆動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 2つのキャリッジの動き及び/又は位置を同期するための手段を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 各々の場合に、直線移動軸の1つの少なくとも1つの直線移動ガイドが、少なくとも一方のキャリッジに、好ましくは両方のキャリッジに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- キャリッジに配置された少なくとも2つの直線移動ガイドの動きが互いに同期可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械。
- 少なくとも2つの直線移動ガイドを同期するための制御装置を特徴とする請求項7に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物軸を横切る1つの方向に駆動可能な工具ホルダを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 2つのクランプ点が、夫々1つの交差キャリッジに配置され、交差キャリッジの各々が互いに平行となっていない2つの変位軸に沿った従動機械加工送り運動を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 従動機械加工送り運動において工具ホルダを旋回可能な手段を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工具ホルダの1つの旋回軸が少なくともおおよそ機械加工軸と交わることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工作機械。
- 旋回軸が少なくともおおよそ工具先端の領域において機械加工軸と交わることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の工作機械。
- 工具を保持し、工具ホルダにて回転駆動し、工作物を工作物マウントの2つのクランプ点の間に保持し、各クランプ点は夫々1つのキャリッジに位置しており、2つのキャリッジは機械加工送り運動にて少なくとも互いに平行に動き得、上記工具ホルダは機械加工送り運動にて少なくとも1つの直線変位軸に沿って動き得る、工作機械にて工作物をフライス加工する方法において、互いに平行でなく調整された2つの直線機械加工送り運動にて2つのキャリッジの少なくとも一方とともに工作物を動かすことを特徴とするフライス加工方法。
