Claims (10)
- 円形断面を備えると共に外部加圧空気ポート(6)を有する弁部(2b)を作動させる電磁コイル(3)を含む駆動部(2a)を有し、小型弁ユニット用細長空気圧弁(1)において、とりわけパイロット弁として使用される電空カートリッジ弁であって、
加圧空気ポート(6)の少なくとも一部は、弁部(2b)の円柱状外面部分の外部に延在しており、駆動部(2a)は弁部(2b)と異なり、本質的に矩形断面を有しており、その短辺(B)の長さは、電磁コイル(3)の巻き径によって決められる
ことを特徴とする電空カートリッジ弁。 - 前記電磁コイル(3)の外側磁気回路の磁束伝導部は、U字形ヨーク(4)として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記電磁コイル(3)は、少なくとも弁部(2b)を非封じ込め状態で包囲しつつ、前記空気圧弁(1)の対応する凹部に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記電磁コイル(3)及び前記空気圧弁(1)の凹部の間の空気間隙は、硬化鋳物物質で密封可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記電磁コイル(3)の外側磁気回路の磁束伝導部は、その頂点部分に、円柱状磁心(9)を受け入れるためのボアを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記磁心(9)は、該磁心(9)と同軸となるように隣接して配置される可動磁性アーマチュア(10)に対して調整された後にのみ固定されるように、前記ボア内に軸方向への変位可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記ヨーク(4)の2個の脚部は、磁束を伝導するのに加えて、前記駆動部(2a)及び前記弁部(2b)の間の機械的連結としても作用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記U字形ヨーク(4)の脚部は、その端部分において、本質的に間隙を有さないように、接合によって極板(13)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記ヨーク(4)の脚部の2個の端部は、前記弁部(2b)との強力な連結を作り出すために、半径方向内方に曲げられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
- 前記半径方向内方に曲げられたヨーク(4)の端部形状は、このヨーク(4)端部によって締め付けられ且つ前記駆動部(2a)に存在する構成要素の軸方向への押圧を保証することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電空カートリッジ弁。
