Claims (42)
- 医療用インプラント装置において、

前記インプラント体に画定されている少なくとも1つの分離補助線であって、前記インプラント体の第1部分を前記インプラント体の第2部分から分離し易くするように構成されている少なくとも1つの分離補助線と、を備えている医療用インプラント装置。 - 前記有機キャリアは、合成又は自然発生的なポリマーを備えている多孔質基質を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記有機キャリアは、コラーゲンを備えている、請求項2に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記無機質は、二相性燐酸カルシウムを備えている、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記分離補助線は、切り込み線を備えている、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記インプラント体に画定されている複数の分離補助線を備えており、前記分離補助線は前記インプラント体を2個から10個の部片に分離し易くするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分離補助線は、前記インプラント体の幅を部分的にのみ横切って伸張している、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記インプラント体の幅を部分的にのみ横切って伸張している複数の分離補助線を含んでいる、請求項7に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記インプラント体は、骨誘導性を有している、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記インプラント体は、骨誘発性を有している、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。
- 前記無機質粒子対前記有機キャリアの重量比は、少なくとも約4対1である、請求項1に記載の医療用インプラント装置。

前記インプラント体の全部又は少なくとも一部分を、患者の、骨成長が望まれる部位の中に植え込む段階と、から成る方法。 - 前記インプラント体の一部分を、骨成長が望まれる部位に植え込む段階を含んでいる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記インプラント体の全部を、骨成長が望まれる部位に植え込む段階を含んでいる、請求項21に記載の方法。

前記インプラント体に、前記インプラント体の第1部分を前記インプラント体の第2部分から分離し易くするように構成されている少なくとも1つの分離補助線を提供する段階と、から成る方法。 - 前記形成する段階は、成形する段階を備えている、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記提供する段階は、複数の分離補助線を提供する段階を含んでいる、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記分離補助線は、切り込み線又は打ち抜き線を含んでいる、請求項31に記載の方法。
- インプラントが骨成長を支援又は誘発するのに適した医療装置において、
骨誘導性又は骨誘発性を有するインプラント体であって、前記インプラント体の第1部分を前記インプラント体の第2部分から分離し易くするように構成されている少なくとも1つの分離補助線を画定している、インプラント体を備えている医療装置。 - 前記インプラント体は、分解吸収性を有する有機キャリア材料を備えている、請求項35に記載の医療装置。
- 前記分解吸収性を有する有機キャリア材料は、自然又は合成ポリマーを備えている、請求項36に記載の医療装置。
- 前記インプラント体は、更に無機質を備えている、請求項36に記載の医療装置。
- 医療用製品において、
骨誘導性又は骨誘発性を有するインプラント体であって、前記インプラント体の第1部分を前記インプラント体の第2部分から分離し易くするように構成されている少なくとも1つの分離補助線を画定している、インプラント体と、
前記インプラント体が滅菌状態で封入されている包装と、を備えている医療用製品。 - 骨成長を必要とする患者に前記インプラント体を使用するための指示を含んでいる資料を更に備えている、請求項39に記載の医療用製品。
