Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、音波を電気信号へ変換する少なくとも1つの音波受信器(7)を含む、少なくとも1つのセンサユニット(5)を備えた車両(1)の内燃機関(2)を診断する方法であって、内燃機関(2)の音波は、センサユニット(5)の音波受信器(7)で受信され、電気信号に変換され、電気信号は内燃機関(2)の駆動状態の診断に使用される。

Claims (12)
- 音波を電気信号へ変換する少なくとも1つの音波受信器を含む、少なくとも1つのセンサユニットを備えた車両の内燃機関を診断する方法であって、
前記内燃機関の音波が、前記センサユニットの前記音波受信器で受信され、電気信号に変換され、前記電気信号が前記内燃機関の駆動状態の診断に使用されることを特徴とする、車両の内燃機関を診断する方法。 - 前記音波が、空気伝播音および/または固体伝播音を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサユニットが、音波送信器および音波受信器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 音波送信器および音波受信器が、超音波の送信または受信のために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関の駆動状態を診断するための前記電気信号の使用に、所定の周波数スペクトルにおける信号成分の算定が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記周波数スペクトルが、前記内燃機関の欠陥に割り当てられた比較スペクトルと比較されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- スペクトルの最大振幅を超えた際に、前記スペクトルに割り当てられた欠陥が出力されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 周波数スペクトルと比較スペクトルとの相互相関の最大値を超えた際に、前記比較スペクトルに割り当てられた欠陥が出力されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記車両の最小速度を超えた際に、前記内燃機関の音波が前記センサユニットの前記音波受信器に受信されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記センサユニットは、前記内燃機関の診断以外の目的で前記車両に設けられたセンサユニット、特に超音波間隔センサであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するために設けられている装置、特に内燃機関のための制御装置。
- コンピュータで実行される場合に、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の全処理を実行するためのプログラムコードを含むコンピュータプログラム。
