Abstract
Description

Claims (9)
- 特に、内燃焼エンジンの排出ガスに含まれる粒子を濾過するための濾過体において、接合部(17)によって濾過ユニットを結合させることによって形成される濾過体であって、前記ユニットの第2の面に面し、前記接合部(17)と接触する前記ユニットの第1の面である外側面(16)が、突起部タイプおよび/または陥凹部タイプの非平坦部(30a、30b)を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする濾過体。
- 前記非平坦部(30a、30b)が、前記第1ユニット(11)の長さ全体にわたって、前記第1ユニット(11)の縦軸(D〜D)に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過体。
- 前記非平坦部(30a、30b)が、前記第1ユニット(11)の周囲のガス出口通路(14b)の外部面(32b)によって担持される陥凹部(30b)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の濾過体。
- 前記非平坦部(30a、30b)が、前記第1ユニット(11)の周囲のガス入口通路(14a)の外部面(32a)によって担持される突起部(30a)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の濾過体。
- 前記第1ユニット(11)の横断平面(P)で測定した前記非平坦部(30a、30b)の幅(l)が、前記通路(14a、14b)の前記外部面(32a、32b)の幅と実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の濾過体。
- 前記外側面(16)が、相互に規則的に離隔された複数の前記非平坦部(30a、30b)を含むことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過体。
- 前記第1ユニット(11)の前記外側面(16)の少なくとも1つの部分が、正弦曲線形状の断面を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過体。
- 前記非平坦部(30a、30b)が、前記第2ユニットの相補的形状の非平坦部(30a、30b)内に収容することができるように適合されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過体。
- 前記非平坦部(30a、30b)が、前記第1ユニット(11)の周囲の通路(14b’)の外部壁(34b’)の厚みに形成された陥凹部(30b’)であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の濾過体。
