Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の防水シートは、微多孔質のポリウレタン樹脂皮膜が、最外層またはその近傍に位置し、有機溶剤を用いて処理した後のJIS L1092の耐水度が19.6KPa以上であることを特徴とする。

700部を仕込み、A−1と同様の方法で反応させた。次に、EG 0.5部を加えて反応を終了し、樹脂濃度30%、粘度9,000mPa/20℃の二液型ポリウレタン樹脂(A−3)溶液を得た。このA−3のOE基含有量は0%である。
Claims (10)
- 微多孔質のポリウレタン樹脂皮膜が、最外層またはその近傍に位置し、有機溶剤を用いて処理した後のJIS L1092の耐水度が19.6KPa以上であることを特徴とする防水シート。
- 前記有機溶剤が、N,N’−ジエチル−m−トルアマイド、アミド系溶媒から選択される少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水シート。
- 前記ウレタン樹脂皮膜が、2液型ポリウレタン樹脂(A)を含むポリウレタン樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の防水シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂組成物が、官能基数3以上のポリイソシアネート(B0)を有する有機ポリイソシアネート(B)をも含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の防水シート。
- 前記2液型ポリウレタン樹脂(A)が、オキシエチレン基含有高分子ジオール(d)と、有機ジイソシアネート(e)と、鎖伸長剤(f)とからなるポリウレタン樹脂であり、該親水性ポリウレタン樹脂(A)に対してオキシエチレン基含有量が10〜80質量%である請求項3または請求項4に記載の防水シート。
- 前記有機ポリイソシアネート(B)が、平均官能基数2.3〜5の脂肪族ポリイソシアネートおよび脂環式ポリイソシアネートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項4または請求項5に記載の防水シート。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂組成物が、湿式凝固用ポリウレタン樹脂をも含むことを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の防水シート。
- 耐水圧が19.6〜196KPaであり、塩化カルシウム法での透湿度が6000〜15000g/m2・24hrsであり、酢酸カリウム法での透湿度が、8000〜30000g/m2・24hrsであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の防水シート。
- 繊維布帛をも含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の防水シート。
- 繊維布帛の少なくとも片面に、2液型ポリウレタン樹脂(A)と、官能基数3以上のポリイソシアネート(B0)を有する有機ポリイソシアネート(B)を含むウレタン樹脂組成物の有機溶媒溶液を塗布し、湿式凝固させ、微多孔質のポリウレタン樹脂皮膜を形成することを特徴とする防水シートの製造方法。
