以上の結果より、大豆ペプチドとマカエキスをそれぞれ単独で配合した比較例1と比較例2、及びそれらを共に配合した比較例3ではいずれも風味の評価が悪い傾向であった。しかし、大豆ペプチドとマカエキスに加えてショウガエキスを配合した実施例1では風味評価が大幅に改善された。
しかも、大豆ペプチドとマカエキスそれぞれ単独で摂取するよりも各素材を組み合わせた方が疲労回復、冷え・肩こり、イライラ、むくみ、肌荒れの改善などの健康効果がより高いことが確認された。
From the above results, flavor evaluation was apt to be poor in Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 in which soybean peptide and maca extract were each blended alone, and in Comparative Example 3 in which they were blended together. However, in Example 1 in which ginger extract was blended in addition to soybean peptide and maca extract, the taste evaluation was greatly improved.
In addition, it was confirmed that the combination of each material has higher health effects such as recovery from fatigue, cold / shoulder, irritability, swelling, and rough skin than the intake of soybean peptide and maca extract alone.
