Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明にかかる光モジュール100は,第1の基板110と,第1の基板110上に載置され,光を発光する発光素子120と,波長に応じて光を透過または反射する波長分波器140と,光を受光する受光素子130と,発光素子120と波長分波器140との間に配置され,発光素子120から発光された光を平行光に変換する第1のレンズ素子150aと,波長分波器140と受光素子130との間に配置され,波長分波器140を介して出光された光を集光する第2のレンズ素子150bとを備える。第1の基板110には,受光素子130を配置するための凹部165が形成された第2の基板160が載置される。凹部165の少なくとも内側面162a,163a,164aには,金属膜170a,170bおよび170cが設けられる。

Claims (4)
- 第1の基板と,該第1の基板上に載置される発光素子と,波長分波器と,受光素子と,レンズ素子とを備え,
前記受光素子を載置すると共に該受光素子の少なくとも一部を金属膜により包囲可能に形成された第2の基板を具備してなることを特徴とする,光モジュール。 - 前記第2の基板に設けられた前記金属膜の高さは,前記第2の基板上に載置された前記受光素子の側面の高さ以上に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の光モジュール。
- 前記第2の基板は,シリコンを含む材料からなる請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の光モジュール。
- 前記金属膜は,金を含む材料からなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光モジュール。
