Abstract
【解決手段】本発明における車両用動力伝達装置は、電子制御ユニットECUが、休筒状態を解除する際に所定時間の間発進クラッチが緩係合状態となるように発進クラッチの作動制御を行うとともに、この所定時間の間、エンジンの出力軸の回転数Neおよびスロットル弁の開度THに基づいて吸気管内の圧力である予測PBを推定算出するとともに、エンジンの出力軸の回転数Neおよび算出した予測PBに基づいてエンジンによる駆動トルクを推定算出し、算出した駆動トルクに基づいて無段変速機CVTにおけるドライブ側圧およびドリブン側圧を設定するように構成される。

Claims (3)
- 複数の気筒を有して構成されるエンジンと、前記エンジンからの回転駆動力を変速して伝達する変速機と、前記変速機の作動を制御する制御装置と、前記気筒内に空気を供給するための吸気管と、前記吸気管から前記気筒内に吸気される空気の空気量を調節可能なスロットル弁とを備え、前記エンジンが少なくとも一部の前記気筒の作動を停止させた休筒状態で走行可能に構成された車両用駆動力伝達装置において、
前記変速機は、伝達トルクの大きさを変化させることが可能な摩擦係合装置を有し、油圧を利用して前記変速機および前記摩擦係合装置が作動制御されるように構成されており、
前記制御装置が、前記休筒状態を解除する際に所定時間の間前記摩擦係合装置が緩係合状態となるように前記摩擦係合装置の作動制御を行うとともに、
前記所定時間の間、前記エンジンの出力軸の回転数および前記スロットル弁の開度に基づいて前記吸気管内の圧力を推定するとともに、前記エンジンの出力軸の回転数および推定した前記吸気管内の圧力に基づいて前記エンジンによる駆動トルクを推定し、推定した前記駆動トルクに基づいて前記変速機の作動油圧を設定するように構成されることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記制御装置が、推定した前記駆動トルクと前記緩係合状態における前記摩擦係合装置の前記伝達トルクとを比較し、前記駆動トルクおよび前記伝達トルクのうち大きい方のトルクに基づいて前記変速機の前記作動油圧を設定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記変速機は、プーリ幅可変のドライブプーリと、プーリ幅可変のドリブンプーリと、前記ドライブプーリと前記ドリブンプーリとの間に巻き掛けられたVベルトと、前記ドライブプーリのプーリ幅を変化させるドライブ側アクチュエータと、前記ドリブン側プーリのプーリ幅を変化させるドリブン側アクチュエータとを備え、
前記ドライブ側アクチュエータおよび前記ドリブン側アクチュエータを用いて前記ドライブプーリおよび前記ドリブンプーリのプーリ幅を変化させることにより、前記ドライブプーリおよび前記ドリブンプーリの有効径を変化させて所望の変速比を得るように構成されたベルト式無段変速機であり、
前記ドライブ側アクチュエータおよび前記ドリブン側アクチュエータが油圧を利用して作動制御されるように構成され、
前記ドライブ側アクチュエータおよび前記ドリブン側アクチュエータの作動油圧が前記変速機の前記作動油圧であることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
