Abstract
【解決手段】身体部分に切開傷を付与させるべく、一本の指を置くための開口部を有する本体容器と切開傷から採取された体液を分析する分析器具とランセット発射機からなる切開傷付与器具で構成される携帯型の分析機器である。ランセット切開動作位置と収納位置とのあいだを移動させられるものであり、切開動作位置にある場合はランセットは本体容器の開口部に押し当てられる身体部分に切開傷を付与することが可能であり、収納位置にある場合は本体容器の開口部からは遠くはなれた場所に位置する。その結果、本体容器の開口部との間にできる空隙には分析器具が入り込み血液を採取できる。

Claims (14)
- 体液の分析を実施するための携帯型分析機器であって、その身体部分に切開傷を付与させるべく、身体の一部、具体的には一本の指を置くための開口部5を有する本体容器4、前記切開傷から採取された体液を分析する分析器具2、ランセットと、前記ランセットが切開傷をつくるためのランセットの運動を生起させるランセット発射機からなる切開傷付与器具3、前記ランセット発射機を含んでなる切開傷付与器具3について、切開動作位置と収納位置とのあいだで移動させる輸送器具で構成されることを特徴とする携帯型分析機器であって、
前記切開傷付与器具3が切開動作位置にある状態にあっては、前記切開傷付与器具3は本体容器の開口部5に位置し、前記本体容器の開口部5に押し当てられる身体部分にランセットの使用によって切開傷を付与することが可能であり、
前記収納位置にある状態にあっては、前記切開傷付与器具3は本体容器の開口部5からは遠くはなれた場所に位置し、
前記本体容器の開口部5とのあいだにできる空隙には分析器具2が入り込み前記本体容器の開放部5に押し付けられた身体部分から流れ出る血液を採取でき、各駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dが切開傷付与器具3に備わった機能を果たすための機構11a、11b、11c、11dの内それぞれが対応するものを作動するために使用され、
前記切開傷付与器具3と駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dのそれぞれとの係合に関して、前記切開傷付与器具3が前記二つの位置のいずれか一方にある状態にあっては当該係合が開放されるものであり、切開傷付与器具3がもう一方の位置にある状態にあっては当該係合が確保される
ことを特徴とする携帯型分析機器。 - 前記駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dのいずれかが前記切開傷付与器具3との係合が開放される状態にあるときにあっては当該駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dからは前記切開傷付与器具3が具備する機能を果たすための機構11a、11b、11c、11dのいずれに対して何らの力をも伝達できず、
前記駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dのいずれかが前記切開傷付与器具3との係合が確立された状態にあるときにあっては、当該駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dから前記切開傷付与器具3が具備する機能を果たすための機構11a、11b、11c、11dのうち、確立されている係合の相手である機構に対して力を伝達できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の携帯型分析機器。 - 前記切開傷付与器具3が前記収納位置と切開動作位置のあいだを移動するに当たり、ピボット型、平行移動型あるいはそれらの混合型の移動をすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記分析器具2がベルト形状の試験片収容するカセットを保有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記機能を果たすための機構11a、11b、11c、11dのうちの一つは、発射用バネを緊張状態にするための緊張化機構、切開傷の深さ設定機構、マガジンの位置変更機構、およびランセットの切開動作を開始させる引き金機構の内のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記切開傷付与器具3が前記切開動作位置にある状態にあっては前記切開傷付与器具3が前期駆動器具の一つ10a、10b、10cとの係合から開放されており、前記切開傷付与器具3が前記収納位置にある状態にあっては前記切開傷付与器具3が、前記一つの駆動器具10a、10b、10cと駆動動作の実行が可能なように係合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記切開傷付与器具3と駆動器具の一つ10a、10b、10c、10dとのあいだに形成される駆動動作の実行が可能なような係合は回転運動を該一つの駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dから前記切開傷付与器具3の機能を果たすための機構11a、11b、11c、11dのいずれかに伝達するものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dの各々はそれぞれに対応するシャフト12a、12b、12c、12dを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記シャフト12b、12c、12dが本体容器4の外壁を貫通して外側に突出していることを特徴とする請求項8記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記切開傷付与器具3と駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dのいずれかとのあいだに達成される係合が精密なすり合わせ接合によって達成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記切開傷付与器具3が発射用バネで駆動される発射ローターを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記駆動器具の一つ10aが本体容器4の内部に配備されるモーター15で構成され、前記発射用バネを緊張した状態にすることを特徴とする請求項11記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記切開傷付与器具3が複数本のランセットを収容するランセット・マガジンの保持具を含んで構成され、当該保持具が回転運動することで、前記ランセットは順次ランセットの発射機にランセットを装着する装着作業位置に移動させられること、機能を果たすためのものであって当該切開傷付与器具3に備わった一つ特定の機構11bは一つ特定の駆動器具10bによって駆動することが可能であり、当該機能がランセット・マガジンを回転させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
- 前記携帯型分析機器には前記切開傷付与器具3が前記二つの位置のうちのいずれか一方に位置する状態において前記切開傷付与器具3と前記携帯型分析機器に具備された複数の駆動器具10a、10b、10c、10dのいくつかが駆動動作可能に係合し、確立されたこれらの係合が、前記切開傷付与器具3が、もう一方の位置まで移動さされた状態に至るときにはすべて開放されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の携帯型分析機器。
